Paul from Able Mortgages was fantastic from start to finish. Being first time buyers, we weren't sure of the house buying process, but Paul explained the various steps in detail and was always on hand to answer any queries we had.

Paul also got us a great mortgage deal and we look forward to dealing with Able again when it comes to renewing.

Paul Clarke was recommended to us by good friends just three and a half months before exchanging on our first home. We’re all very aware of what difficult times these are to buy, but Paul has made it straightforward and and clear all the way through.
