We've had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Alice at Able Mortgages over the last few years. They have always provided a brilliant level of communication and help with our mortgages.
I would not look any where else for anything mortgage related and look forward to using them again in future.

Paul was recommended to me, and in honesty I can not fault him. Always there to call on for advice even before I had found a place that I was 100% going ahead with, he would always be very knowledgeable and honest in regards to affordability and the living costs of the areas. I didn't think I would be able to get my own place but the amount of mortgages he has contact with meant that I could find something that worked when the right property came along. It has really given me the opportunity to get myself on the property ladder. I'm really grateful for the support all the way through and couldn't recommend the communication and expertise more. 10/10 Service :)

Paul Clarke was very detailed to me from the beginning of my purchase process to the end. I recommend him for everyone who would like a stress free process.

Paul helped us with our recent re-mortgage and took all the stress and worry out of the process. He was so helpful and accomodating, calling when we were both available to speak after our working days and fully explained the process and kept us updated. This is the second time I have used Able mortgages and worked with Paul Clarke, both times have been a great experience, Paul is really easy to understand and will go out the way to help, wether this be having phone calls after 5pm as I was working or getting a letter sent to me so I could hand sign it. We have not had to do a mortgage for 30 years and I always did the searching for the best deals many years ago but my son in law recommended Paul from Able mortgages and am I glad that we have gone with him.

We have decided to get a mortgage and Able mortgages have been professional, very helpful, understanding and patient.

Paul even noticed that the epc had expired on the property and contacted the estate agent and got it renewed.

Then we had trouble getting an appointment with the estate agent for the surveyor to survey the property and Paul stepped in again and sorted it.

We could not have done it without their help as it is a lot more difficult now, in my opinion.

Paul provided a high level service from start to finish! Being first time buyers Paul really helped put us at ease, explaining every step thoroughly ensuring we understood the process and was our key support throughout the last 5 months. We would have been lost without him!
