What can I say! It was the first time we had to renew our mortgage and we were very confused 🫤 and not sure where to start. I remembered Paul done mortgages and thought I’d contact him to see if he was the right one for us. From the second he answered the phone we knew we were going to do our remortgage with Able mortgages. He was very calm and made sure we understood everything and every step of the process. Do I regret choosing him ? Nope ! 💯 your guy for any mortgage issues. Thank you very much Paul.

I never heard of them before but from my introduction to Paul Clarke of Able Mortgages I wished I heard of them sooner. Professional from the start with good advice given all the way through getting me a new mortgage.

Yet again, Paul Clarke from Able Mortgages came up trumps on the re-mortgage of our house.
Done at very short notice, he managed to find the right lender and product to keep out outgoings as low as possible.
I have no hesitation in recommending Able Mortgages and Paul Clarke in particular.

As this was the first mortgage in a long time, the process was very different to that of 25 years ago. However, it was made easier by having a broker working on my behalf, Paul Clarke. His attention to detail was thorough, to the point and honest!

Our adviser through the whole process was Sian Allison and to be honest nothing was to much trouble for her. Great to chat to very friendly efficient and knew the answer to every question and enquiry. Even communicated out of hours and weekends and always got a mail back within 2-4 hrs. Two mortgages sorted, one simple one and one much more tricky due to some particular constraints on my side. Fantastic support from Paul, who worked tirelessly to speed things along before further mortgage rate increases. Paul was also extremely helpful in working through life and critical illness cover with us. I can't recommend Able Mortgages highly enough. Service level is well above and beyond what might be expected. Look no further!

We had a really tricky mortgage but Paul was amazing and managed to get us an excellent deal as well as resolving a number of complex issues that were unique to our case. Without Paul we would have been a lot worse off and the process would have been much more stressful. Paul has gone above and beyond to assist us.
