Steve was great and took the time to explain all the options available to us and was always on hand when I emailed or texted with a query. Steve went the extra mile when our first application was rejected and found a way to get things sorted, we wouldn't be in our beautiful new home at the moment without his knowledge, contacts and relationships!

Paul helped my boyfriend and I arrange our mortgage for our first house this year. Right from the start he provided the highest level of service, being first time buyers we were completely in the dark about the process. He walked us through every step, put lots of time into explaining and making sure we understood the process. We had one house fall through and he was straight away available to help us with taking out a new mortgage and reacting quickly to the next house we found. He’s helped on the additional steps we needed to take to protect ourselves and been a good point of call for advice. We both cannot recommend Paul and Able Mortgages enough! Alice at Able Mortgages was by far the best part of buying my first place. She was efficient, approachable and professional through the entire process. No question was too big of too small for her to answer. She was a quick replier via email and friendly to talk to on the phone. When anything was going slightly awry she would be on it without hesitation. 100% recommend for anyone in the Milton Keynes area.

Alice was fabulous helping out for my first mortgage for a shared ownership property. I was clueless but Alice made me feel like I could ask any question to help me understand. She has been kind, polite and supportive throughout the whole process keeping in touch.

Recently used Paul for a remortgage. Having used Paul for our last mortgage, he called us to remind us of the looming deadline in plenty of time to get a new deal in place before the increased interest rates. Being prompted to get it sorted sooner rather than later has saved us money and allowed us to get it sorted with no stress.

I have been helped by Paul Clarke both for my mortgage application as well as my recent remortgage. Paul Clarke has been brilliant from the start, we arrived back from France needing to arrange a mortgage and life cover very quickly, Paul was able to offer us a few examples, with us settling on one and being able to put an offer down on a house, Nothing has been too much trouble, and everything has been explained clearly from start to finish.
