Excellent service

I ordered just one item and it arrived quickly and was as advertised. I have placed an order before as well and that experience was just as good. The website is easy to manage and free shipping is a nice perk. I prefer your site over the competitors because of the sales on name brands.

As usually good delivery

As usually good delivery, packing, service in general. Stayed satisfied with the order and products, though got items a bit later this time and it was informed during the delivery, I have also received a coupon code as a compliment. Very easy way to send items back.

10/10 would recommend

I ordered an item from About You but sadly the item was too big for me and I did not read the sizing guide beforehand. It arrived really fast and was packed really well. I especially liked that About You uses recycled materials.

It was really easy to return the item as well and my money was returned promptly. I used PayPal for my transaction.

The selection of items is really good and the search functions allow for really specific searches tailored to my needs. I would definitely use About You again rather than going to the mall if I'm looking for an item, which I have a clear vision for. 10/10 would recommend.
