Three weeks since I had the misfortune of ordering from this company.
I never received the order, they never gave me an explanation and they never refunded me.
Stay away.

Update: More than five weeks later, I finally got my money back for the order that I never received.
The shop blamed the courier and the rude courier told me that the shop never sent anything.
Overall a super unpleasant experience.

The worst experience. I placed an order 1 week ago and the shoes were delivered in the worst condition, without even the original ADIDAS box, in a paper box with slits on it and the shoes seemed to be worn. 4 days now I try to get a proper coupon code to buy the pair again in a better price as I purchased it and until now I haven’t received any one correct. That’s so annoying and frustrating.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I immediately tried to change the address. I have been trying to change the recipient address in multiple ways since then. I still have not received the product I already have payed for. This company is unacceptable.

I placed my order on 23rd of April. On the 26th I received an email saying that my order would be delivered between 2nd-3rd of May mentioning the shiping number. Today is the 5th of May. The courier company that they collaborate with have no clue where my order is.
Of course, About you have not responded to any email..... Tragic!

I ordered a pair of dr martens boots and while the box was in fact martens branding the shoes inside where knock offs

One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a consumer. I received a gift from AboutYou, which consisted of two pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, one of the pairs was slightly too small for me, so I reasonably thought it wouldn’t be an issue to exchange them for the next size up. Of course, I hadn’t accounted for the inflexible AboutYou, who informed me that they don’t do exchanges—only refunds. Since I have the product and I’m the one handling the return, how and where will the refund be issued? They responded that I would need to coordinate with the purchaser— the gift giver. That’s the most awkward thing imaginable. Why should I involve the gift giver? I suggested that I could place a new order using cash on delivery and, instead of money, return the product I wish to exchange. They told me that such an option isn’t supported and that refunds are the only solution.

It’s a shame for such a store to be so inflexible and unwilling to resolve an issue, causing dissatisfaction, awkwardness, and inconvenience for not just one consumer, but two. For this reason alone, NEVER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU

I have ordered (purchased is the right word since I’m charged at the time of placing the order) a pair of shoes on the 23rd of December and every time I manage (customer service support is not consumer friendly as a system) to speak with a human being (rather than an automated response), I get a “next week” response. So the support is very kind but not efficient.

Very negative experience. Item lost and found after 25 days. No compensation whatsoever, no communication. Will never buy again.

AboutYou don't return money after almost 2 months after. It's always "technical problems" on their side, but I'm still without my money.
