Unacceptable Service and Questionable Product Quality
If I could give zero stars to lower the rating and help someone avoid what I experienced, I would. The company sold me shoes with a visibly different sole color (suggesting potential inauthenticity), and then asked me to wait SIX weeks for them to review the case and refund my money—even though I had already sent them relevant photos, and their employee had confirmed that they could clearly see the issue.

I ordered an item on 25/11.
I received the parcel on my name on 05/12. Once opened, I found a cheaper item of someone else from a different country with his personal details and I’m sure that someone received my order.
What’s outraging is that I contacted the company by email and phone, they asked me for some verification and photos to forward it to the responsible department and I still haven’t heard any news of them on 11/12. I know mistakes can happen but there is no after sales aid to help you!

I ordered on 15th of May. The website said that delivery should happen between 21st and 23d. Today is 26th of May. It's been 11 days since I ordered.
I wrote two emails. They answered only the second one. They said that people are in a shopping mindset rn, so I will have to wait longer. ✋️ I will not accept the order and I'am never ordering from them again.
