I returned an item a month ago. Their return policy mandates refund within two weeks time, but I have yet to receive my money. Customer service has only said they're having technical problems with no indication of when I might receive my money back. It's wildly unacceptable that they can't figure out how to issue a refund for WEEKS. Will not be ordering from them again. Feels scammy.

Ha ha they just deleted my account for reasons when I asked for what exactly they answered and said because I am not “profitable” of my returns

Three months ago, I purchased a pair of jeans from ABOUT YOU and paid using Apple Pay at the terminal when I received the package. Unfortunately, the jeans didn’t fit, so I returned them, and ABOUT YOU processed my refund.
However, today, three months later, they charged me twice for the same amount without any valid reason! Essentially, they just took my money from my card without authorization. To make matters worse, it seems they saved my credit card details, even though I never gave them explicit permission to do so.
This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant act of fraud. I am raising a formal complaint and intend to bring this issue to the attention of local news. Taking money TWICE for an item I returned months ago is a new level of SCAM!

Good quality, fast delivery and refund if the product does not fit. It's a good price when there's a discount.
I ordered shoes and clothes. I was happy with the quality. The size didn't always fit. There were no problems with returns.

Do not trust AboutYou company if you decide to work with them through any affiliate program like Skimlinks, Awin etc. 1. Their commissions are very small, like 0.20€ from a 30€ worthy purchase. 2. You will never receive even these small commissions because they do not pay Skimlinks and as a result Skimlinks and other networks do not pay you. Here the deceitful answer from AboutYou "Thank you for reaching out to us.

They use affiliates to gain more customers and are not honest company. What a disappointment!
