Every second order has issues...
Every second order has some issues or causes questions.
Order 1: The Converse shoes arrived in non-converse boxes. The boxes were obviously opened before and probably arrived to me after being returned by another customer.
Order 2 and 3: Took 2-3 days longer to deliver than expected. But it is not a big deal.
Order 4: One of the items arrived in an open package and part of the item was missing in the box. The second item was of the wrong size.
Order 5: I keep getting notifications that the order is taking longer.
Packaging of the items is really poor. Most of the times you can see that items were already delivered to somebody else before, and they were not re-packed or cleaned in-between.
Given the store so many chances, I am actually very disappointed with my experience. Dirty and wrongly packed brand items, deliveries that "žal trajajo malo dlje kot običajno" is not something that I would like to pay for.

Really a good company that has very good advertsiments, which lead to us customers buying products we never knew we wanted :D. Never had a real problem with their delivery, their package tracking is on point, no real problems to be honest :).

Sometimes it takes them pretty long to send your package on its way, but at least they also give you some discount code as an apology, so that's cool :) Apart from potential delay of the arrival of your package, I really like everything about AboutYou! :D
