Disappointing customer service

Firstly ABOUT YOU sent me the wrong item; completely wrong, not even the right brand. I contacted their customer service and returned the item according to their return policy. Now they are saying that they did not receive the item (I have provide them with the confirmation I received from their postal partner when I returned the item) and Mr Vojko stubbornly insists I should fill up some additional forms (and send them my birth date??) so they can decide if they will return my money.
Really frustrating experience. I guess they should change their name to ABOUT US
