Lovely couple. Did a great job. Absolute Domestic were very prompt in sourcing our cleaning couple. Communication between all players was effective. Our cleaning couple confirmed date and time when accepting the job and called again to reconfirm the evening before the clean.
Overall it has been a very successful experience for us. We would highly recommend Absolutely Domestic to anyone looking for a high quality clean of their home.

The cleaner was the same women I had last year. She was so good then that I asked for her again. She worked hard for 4 hours and left my small apartment gleaming. I will get her again in May.

What a life saver my cleaner is, she does an awesome job and is a lovely person. Reliable, thorough and my home looks beautiful.

I'm glad I found absolute domestic. And if I could go back, I would've made this choice long time ago. I felt guilty that I needed help to maintain my house clean. I felt guilty that I was working so much (50/60 hours a week) and I was burning out. Before absolute domestic, my mental health was starting to be affected by all the things I needed to keep up with. I spoiled my family with a top to bottom clean house for the past 15 years,and all at the sudden, I couldn't keep up any more. Then I found absolute domestic and they sent me an angel, Rebecca (Bec). Not only my house is spotless again, but she is now part of my family and my routines. She is so understanding and cares for details. When needed she will do some extra which I highly appreciate. We have great communication and she never failed me. My mental health has improved sooooo much and I'll be forever grateful. Now, I understand that it's not to be ashamed or feel guilty if life gets chaotic, and we need an extra set of hands. Thanks Bec, and thanks to absolute domestic for helping me through this chaotic stage of my life. 💯 reccomend

I’ve used Absolute Domestics before and they were great however, last time was for an end of lease clean where on the night before the cleaners were scheduled, the booking got cancelled. Although Absolute Domestics office tried to get someone last, no one was available which left us in the lurch. They did eventually arrange for another cleaner for two days later on the Sunday, however, upon speaking with that cleaner, he sounded so dodgy re pricing and sounded like he just wanted to take us for a ride, stating, “You should’ve come to me first” and saying it would take 10 - 12 hrs and kept talking over me.” Thus put us right off so didn’t go ahead with it. The person at the main office (Damian) was lovely though.

Update: Thank you Damian for following up what had occurred. Although it was an End of Lease per se, as the property was not clean when we took on the lease (esp. fans, blinds etc) and this was captured in our initial condition report when we moved in, did not need the oven cleaned (as we didn’t use it and it was new), this is what we were trying to ascertain with the person who contacted us.

I must say, the reason I’d wanted to go with your company was when we moved in, your cleaner Jason was great and when he’d finished earlier than expected, he charged less than expected. We appreciated his honesty. Hopefully next time will be a better experience. Once again, thank you for following up.

Tirhas Mehari from Absolute Domestics is our cleaner. She is excellent, punctual, friendly and efficient. The agency is always keeps me in the loop with checking in that everything is good and well up to standard.

They have paired me up with a wonderful cleaner who took the time to get to know my pets and work with me to get my house clean. She is very friendly does not judge me and really is an asset to our space. I look forward to every Wednesday.

Clean on 29/10/2024 - 2 hours with my products and vac cleaner.
The Cleaner did a very good clean and Vac, always considering how I wanted the work done.
She washed the cloths and brushes.
Overall careful and considerate

Excellent communication and cleaner arranged quickly. The clean was average with the cleaner using one cloth and a light spray cleaner for most of the work. I expected a deeper clean for a spring clean. Front door was left smeared due to a dirty cloth. I had to ask cleaner to do a few things over.

The team who clean our house each fortnight are meticulous and leave the house sparkling clean. I come home from work and never have to worry about anything being out of place or unfinished

The cleaner did a fantastic job. However it was expensive.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with the cleaner. He did an amazing job! The place looks spotless, and you can tell he paid attention to every detail. I'm very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend him. Great job!

The cleaners aren’t very reliable after 1 or 2 cleans they are no longer available. They don’t like short cleans.

My cleaner shows great initiative and is very good cleaner. Leaves the house smelling great and dusted.
