Give them a go!!!

Bel and Tahsin were very thorough when cleaning our home. They were punctual, friendly and took great pride in their work.
Absolute Cleaning were really good and answered my initial questions within 24 hours. They kept us up to date every step of the way.
I cannot recommend this cleaning service highly enough.

Professional and Helpful

Absolute domestics have been a life saver for me as a full time working Mum. Such a relief to come home to clean house. My first cleaner left and they could not have been more helpful in finding me another excellent helper. Highly recommended.

Cleaning Angel 😇

When I enquired about getting a regular cleaner to help me with the housework, I didn’t expect to be matched with a local cleaner so quickly! Before to knew it, I had a woman booked in to start immediately. I was so impressed with the company’s professionalism. I was connected with a lovely lady named Shahnaz, who was so friendly and respectful of me, my home, and my entire family. Not only that, she was the most thorough, efficient and hardworking cleaner I have ever hired. She did not even attempt to cut corners, and I was amazed at how much she managed to get completed in the two hours she was at my house. She now comes once a fortnight, and has made my life so much easier by taking on the majority of those tasks that I always hated such as the bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen. I will be forever grateful to Absolute Domestics for their help in finding me a fortnightly angel.

All Round Good Employees

We are on our second cleaner from Absolute Domestics, our first delightful young lady left to change careers and our current one a young man. Not only have these two been good cleaners, they have both been pleasant, reliable, totally honest and able to take direction on what needed improvement or different areas needing attention.

Reasonable price, my cleaner is really great

Sapphire has been cleaning my daughter's house for some time, and when my cleaner left, I requested Sapphire, and luckily she had some time for my clean.
She is incredibly reliable, does a great job, and I find the price acceptable.
The other regular cleaner I had was also really good, but when I had one I did not really 'gel' with, there was no problem with getting another.

Our cleaner is an exceptional worker

Our cleaner is always punctual, very polite and an excellent worker
His attention to detail is almost faultless and with the exception of some of the dusting, is very thorough.
He had been with us for a few months now and I hope he remains with us for a long time.

Terrible service

Terrible service!

Inexperienced cleaners (Uni boys who have no idea how to clean). Left my house dirtier than before. Please STAY AWAY from them and save your time and money. I have no words for how they cleaned my house or should I say messed it up.

We have reviewed your comments and spoken with the cleaner assigned to your home on 4 October. According to the cleaner, your home is large with three bathrooms, which also required a deeper clean, which took a significant amount of the 4-hour service time.

While the cleaner agreed that the bathroom mirror was mistakenly missed, they did suggest that additional time may be required to complete the full scope of work you required. We note that this suggestion was not taken onboard. Additionally, the cleaner noted that people and children were walking through the house, on the floors, during mopping and that this affected the outcome of the clean.

We attempted to contact you via phone on multiple occasions (4, 9, and 10 October) to discuss and resolve this matter. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you.
We had not received any response or further correspondence from yourself regarding your feedback until you left this review of the service. In the meantime, given the circumstances, the cleaner has agreed to consider the matter resolved with no payment for the service provided.

We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and would like to assure you that your feedback is invaluable for us to improve our services. If you have any further concerns or if there is anything more we can do to rectify the situation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Not a reliable cleaning service

To be honest I find Absolute Domestics cleaners pretty unreliable in general. I have been using their services for about 10-12 months now with multiple cleaners over that period. Often times they accept a booking and then cancel at the last minute, no notice given, just cancelled. Sometimes they will come for a little while then cancel a day before their next booking leaving me scrambling to find a replacement. I had one today tell me she was coming tomorrow to clean and would be cleaning weekly, I asked if she could start next week to which she replied she was fully booked next week. How was she doing a weekly clean if she's booked out next week? That makes no sense at all, and is just reflective of the quality of people they hire there. I also advised them early on when I made the booking that I needed the cleaner to bring their own equip however this info was never passed on as the cleaner arrived asking for me to provide the equip and then charged me $10 more to use theirs. The cleaners who have come regularly have been fine, but just not a reliable service and have to look elsewhere now.

Untrustworthy agent

I regret to inform you that the cleaning services provided by your agency were unsatisfactory. Two cleaners were dispatched to my recently constructed residence, which had only been occupied for a week and therefore exhibited minimal dirt or stains. Despite the absence of any significant cleaning requirements, the cleaners allocated an hour each to clean a brand-new kitchen that had only been used twice, a single bathroom, and three glass panels on the staircase. Subsequently, they spent an additional thirty minutes each vacuuming only a quarter of the house, including a second bathroom where they merely cleaned the shower but neglected to clean the toilet. Finally, they mopped the floor, which I had already cleaned two days prior.

Furthermore, the glass surfaces in the shower and mirrors were left smudged and unclear. When I requested that they rectify the situation by cleaning the oily glass surfaces, they informed me that this service would be provided during their next visit. Upon expressing my insistence, they suggested that I use a solution of vinegar and water. This recommendation raises the question as to why they did not proactively request these materials in the first place. The overall conduct of the cleaners was unprofessional and fell short of the standards expected from a reputable cleaning service.
The agent's performance was subpar. They offered no assistance in resolving the issue and declined to assist in cleaning up the mess made by the cleaners. They stated that they were unable to provide assistance if the cleaners had already left the premises with the cash. I would not recommend using this agent.

On September 24th, you informed us that our cleaners attended your property to complete a cleaning service. You advised the cleaners left marks on surfaces, did not correctly put the stove top back, performed subpar dusting, and did not properly address the oil marks in the kitchen. You mentioned that despite your limited cleaning needs, nothing was done to your satisfaction, and the cleaners seemed more interested in collecting payment than providing quality service. We understand you paid $113 for the service and are requesting a $60 refund.

We have spoken with the cleaners regarding your feedback. They indicated that the products and equipment provided were not of the necessary quality and that the cleaning chemicals were not suitable for the tasks requested. Additionally, they mentioned that the vacuum was not functional due to a flat battery. Nevertheless, these factors should not have compromised the quality of service you received.
We recognise that the service fell short of your expectations and are committed to making it right. To address this, we are open to discussing alternative ways to rectify the situation, beyond a refund, as the cleaning contractors have advised they are not willing to provide a refund due to the factors stated above – they believe they have done the best they can with what was provided.

During our last call, we struggled to find common ground on what a good outcome would be for you. You proposed sending a team and waiving the agency fee, which the Area Coordinator advised was a decision she would have to escalate with a supervisor to explore that possibility. We note that, at the time, this suggestion further escalated the situation as it was not a decision that could be made immediately.

Please note that we are committed to finding an alternative resolution. However, as advised, the Area Coordinator will need to escalate this matter and arrive at a fair and reasonable solution. We remain dedicated to working with you to resolve this issue.

Unreliable!

Had an important event at my place on a Sunday and we had booked the full house cleaning for a previous Saturday afternoon but the cleaning was cancelled by the cleaner at the eleventh hour leaving us no choice other than to clean ourselves. very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Never using them again!

Just wow 3.5 hours to vac and dust 2 bedrooms and clean 2 bathrooms in a small townhouse and didnt even finish one of the bathrooms, wanted to do downstairs too but said don't bother as would have cost even more and god knows how long it would have taken! Stay away if you want to not waste your time and money!!!

I am honestly so upset

I am honestly so upset. I chose to go with absolute domestics as they were able to come quicker than the service highly recommended to me and they did such a terrible job. I was generous with time allowing for 2.5 hours for what should take maximum 2 hours and instead the couple just did one person working at a time (even though they were being paid to both be) and didn’t actually do any of the things properly or leave the house in the clean state it should be $125 later. My quote was also 12$ cheaper for some reason and I’m so annoyed I just paid for someone to basically just do a bad vaccum and mop, and also do bathrooms. They didn’t have any cleaning supplies that I saw yet I paid extra for them. I have tried to call and got no answer but have heaps of photos and so upset.

Absolutely terrible

absolutely terrible . I booked online, I received confirmation of my booking , the link that I clicked stated 38 per hour, then when I clicked on the link it went to 40 per hour . When I confirmed my booking that 40 per hour went to 50 per hour with a not e too stay that after my first clean it would go to 40 per hour. I booked for a tuesday or friday . I got confirmation that my booking had been signed to a cleaner for the tuesday and I would be called.
Tuesday came and I waited at home and no cleaner showed up. I called to see what had happened and i was told it was booked for friday instead. When I asked why have I not been contacted by the cleaner the response was oh we just contract them it not our responsibility to follow up but I guess I can for you. Then CS lady then told me they can get someone for the following week and if I wasn't at home just to make sure I had all my products and vacuum and mop available for the cleaner ......Thats when I just knew these people were not professional as I had booked based on the provider that I would not be using my products esp fort the 50 per hour that I was quoted for the initial clean.

Long story short, they are misleading, unprofessional , poor communication and I definitely strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company. It was over even before it started

The first 2 hours of service are charged at $103.00, with any additional hours at $40 per hour. This pricing, along with the information that the household provides the cleaning products and equipment, is clearly communicated during the booking process. We regret any confusion this may have caused.

We apologise for the confusion regarding the scheduling. Your booking was confirmed for Friday, which was one of the days you selected during the online booking process. The communication you received indicated that a cleaner had been assigned to your booking, but it did not specify that the cleaner was scheduled for Tuesday. We’re sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused and appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes.

As for the use of products and equipment, we understand that this was not your preference. While we do offer services where we provide all necessary supplies for an additional charge, it seems there was a miscommunication here, and for that, we are truly sorry.

Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the service. A poor clean was conducted and upon discussing it with Absolute Domestics and providing photographs as evidence, they responded that the cleaner does not wish to provide a refund and that they cannot do anything further despite acknowleding that the clean was not to standard.

Expect to resolve any issues directly with the cleaner and don't expect Absolute Domestics to provide any assistance with resolving matters.

Even in this instance of a non professional clean they still decided to retain the agency fee.

Very poor customer service overall

Upon you notifying the Agency of your dissatisfaction, we started investigating the matter. We note your assigned cleaner arrived a few minutes late, and then had to wait outside for some time for you to respond to her message and let her in. We understand how important punctuality is and apologise for any inconvenience this cause, but also note that both these factors caused the service to start later than scheduled.

We acknowledge that a few cleaning tasks were missed, including wiping over bathroom taps and a few mirror smudges. While we agree that these tasks should have been completed, the cleaner was on-site for 1 hour and 50 minutes and completed the majority of the clean.

Initially, we offered a $15 refund to compensate for the time lost due to the cleaner's late arrival, which we believe could have been used to complete the minor missed tasks. When this was refused, we extended a further gesture of goodwill by offering a refund equivalent to one full hour of cleaning time. This refund was processed on July 3rd and should have been received in your bank account.

We believe that the refunds offered were fair and reasonable given the circumstances and the minor nature of the tasks missed.

We genuinely regret that our service did not meet your expectations and appreciate your patience while we attempted to resolve this matter. Should you have any further concerns or not have received the refund, please contact our customer service team directly, and we will be happy to assist you further.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Absolute Domestic Cleaning has proven to be a complete disappointment. Their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes is appalling and speaks volumes about their lack of integrity as a company.
After hiring them for a cleaning job, I encountered a problem where one of their cleaners caused damage to my property. Despite clear evidence pointing to their negligence, Absolute Domestic Cleaning refused to accept any responsibility. Their refusal to acknowledge their error and make amends is utterly unacceptable.
It's alarming that a company would prioritise deflecting blame over rectifying their errors. This lack of accountability is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and trust.
I strongly advise against using Absolute Domestic Cleaning services. Their unwillingness to own up to their mistakes makes them unreliable and unworthy of anyone's business.

Regarding the cleaning methods used in your bathroom, it is indeed standard practice in many households to wash tiled walls in bath or shower areas, which generally should not impact the ceiling below unless there are existing issues with the waterproofing. We believe this to be the case in this instance.

After receiving your notification of damage to the laundry ceiling at 8/24 Cleone Street, Guildford, we conducted an internal investigation. Based on the information provided and our review with the cleaner involved, we found no evidence of negligence while cleaning your bathroom. It is our stance that the damage occurred due to existing waterproofing issues rather than the cleaning process itself.

To accurately determine the cause of the damage, we recommended engaging an independent contractor to assess the damage and provide a detailed report, which you have declined to do. If you decide to go ahead with this recommendation, and the report substantiates your claim of negligence, we will review our position and work towards a resolution.

Lightly hosing well-maintained, waterproof bathroom tiles should not cause any damage, as bathrooms are designed to handle moisture and should be waterproofed as such.

We regret any dissatisfaction caused and want to resolve this matter amicably. As advised above, if you source assessment from an independent party that would indicate that the cleaner acted negligently, we would be more than happy to review the claim further.
