The showroom had all the options on display and the staff went through them with us very knowledgeably. The measuring service appointment was quick to arrange and the appointment was very thorough. Manufacturing time was slightly longer than we had hoped but it was over the Christmas period. Our fitter, Pete, was absolutely great - very neat and tidy, no mess to clear up afterwards. We are very happy!

Lovely installation team. Shutters look fantastic and are excellent quality - look and feel expensive. The whole process was easy and communication was great. Delivery/manufacturing does take a while as they are custom made but this is well worth the wait.

From initial enquiry to the installation of the shutters Absolute Shutters were Absolutely Amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. The shutters arrived within the timeframe advised and fitted on the date advised. I was given loads of options for this. Great service. The fitters were amazing and the plantation shutters they fitted look amazing. They just finish my living room off perfectly. The only thing I would say is that as I paid half of the money up front 3 months before, I expected to pay the balance when they came to fit them. However I was asked to pay the outstanding balance to confirm a date for them to fit them. I was worried about being scammed but true to their word they came and fitted them and I am so pleased with them and their workmanship. I have had so many comments from the neighbours and people passing as to the difference they make to the look of my house. I do love them. Thank you so much.

Team are Brilliant, all the way through from Measuring up, laying out cost’s didn’t feel like i was being sold something that wouldn’t benefit as so many had done previously, arguably why i went with them, Took around 3/4months for them to be custom made, and was contacted around installation and delivery. Easy, Minimal Effort and the team know what they’re talking about.
