I cant find anything to moan about, I tried but failed miserably, paint ordered, paint delivered - well packed, arrived in next to no time, right colour, pen & brush both work. Many thanks for a first class transaction. I will be making recommendations.

My packet arrived missing the touch-up pen, and customer service has been non-existent. I contacted them via their web form and the email address on the invoice, then sent three chasers over more than a week, and still received no reply. Not even a basic auto-response.
There is also no clear contact number, which makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. I am now having to go down the chargeback route. Very frustrating experience and not a company I would recommend.

Placed the order, received confirmation. Five days later received a refund and email saying I requested a cancellation. Absolutely no response to my queries as I had not cancelled the order. So no touch-up, lies and no response - very poor.

Exquisite well packaged good quality Land/Range Rover LRC 907 Stornoway grey paint touch up pens was as described in very high quality and delivered speedily. I am over the moon with how using the primer, colour and lacquer were so easy and affective and the attention to detail that I see on the area painted exceeding all my expectations as it looks fabulous and consider these as a long-term possession with the added benefit of being easy to operate and hold and a valuable addition to my car maintenance. Thank you for sending a superlative product.
