Natalie was very helpful and informative, she arranged a call to discuss the best course for me. Her responsiveness and engagement throughout has been exceptional, I was feeling very nervous as it has been many many years since I was last a student, but Natalie gave great reassurance and I am now enrolled! After chewing over studying the CIPD Level 5 for some time I had been in contact with Acacias Natalie Baxter last year. I reconvened my enquiry this year; she remembered me. I was helped me greatly with my queries, in a timely fashion, when you are busy you need things resolved swiftly, and they were. I am now enrolled. I am sincerely hoping that this level of service runs for the duration of the course from others outwith Nat, I am more than sure it will.

Of all three centres I contacted Acacia was the best. Samson, an advisor patiently talked me through all the requirements and helped me evaluate my experience and qualification. There was no pressure whatsoever to sign up and he was 100% transparent about the process. Natalie has been very instrumental to my enrolment process, providing all the necessary processes and answering my questions in due time. very happy, I have done Level 3 few years ago and now enrolled for Level 5 🥰👍🏻 Tutors are helpful and supportive, everyone is trying to help as much as they can through learning journey.

So far my enrolment with Acacia has been great. Samson was helpful and replied to my questions in a timely manner. He did not hound me to sign up, just let me do so in my own time. He also arranged a taster session for me which was really useful.

I haven't yet started the course, but the enrolment process has been an absolute dream. Natalie Baxter, the Enrolment Consultant, could not do more for me. She spoke to me over the phone 3 times (once when she was on holiday!) to discuss my concerns about going back to a learning environment after so long, amongst other things. Thanks to Samson for his extensive explanation on how the courses are run. I was considering other options regarding my CIPD qualification but his patient explanation and the confidence he gave me convinced me that Acacia learning would be the best option for me.
