I ordered a bath bench. I never received a confirmation email. The website said that it would ship the next day and to expect about 5 days for shipping. It has been 10 days and the bath bench has not arrived. There is no phone number to call for support (at least no phone number that I can find on their website). The website says, "Live Chat or email us" but there is no live chat. I have received no response to my emails. When I check the order number on the website, it simply says "Processing" (which it has said for 10 days). My credit card was charged, but no product and no support. This was my first (and last) time ordering from from Acareotc.

Placed an order. Never received a confirmation email or shipping number. They charged my credit card for the item. Sent an email to customer service and two days later they sent me an email that my order was shipped. A minute later I received an email that they were giving me a credit for my purchase. I have no idea what is going on. These people need to get their act together.

I did have to contact customer service about a phone call from another mail handler that I thought was a mistake and your customer service looked up my order and verified my concern that the other mail handler was in error. She was very helpful. She put my mind at ease. I did have problems finding the right company to call because I forgot to print my order slip and the payment went through PayPal. It all worked out great. Thank you.

Went to order. you didnt tell us it was out of stock or when your getting more in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twice I tried to order..twice I received a refund with no explanation. I wrote and asked why this is the way business is conducted and surprise....NEVER got a response.

Advertising false as they did not carry the product.

Was so excited to find the product I ordered just to be sent an email shortly thereafter stating it was out of stock and would be issued a refund. It should have shown as out of stock on the website. Disappointing.

Fast delivery and superb products! Would have given 5 stars but they have limits on how often you can buy certain products.

I did not receive a cancellation for the product i ordered. I did get a notice from my credit card, of a credit.

If I could give this site zero stars, I would. Terrible.

I placed and paid for an order. I received a confirmation.

A day or so later I received an email stating my VISA acct would be receiving a credit for the amt of the order I had placed.

No reason was given in that email. I placed a call to the number and left a message as requested. It has been three days I have not received a response.

I will not place any further orders or trust in this company.

Accepted order. A week later PayPal account was credited with no explanation of cancellation.

I am very much pleased with this site’s pricing and product and timelines of the product’s arrival. Additionally, this site kept me posted as to when my product would arrive. Good job acareotc. You’ll be hearing from me again.

Well, I had to cancel my order after I realized I ordered the wrong item. But ACareOTC earned my trust when they found me email late in the day, and stopped my shipped item from going out the door with the shipper and promptly issued a refund with no fuss. I will buy from them again.

Order quickly received. Just what I needed.

Definitely you recommend this company. They were very patient with me and responded quickly to my emails. Love the brace i got and now my husband wants one!
