Postponed first instalment in January due to illness. Rescheduled for today. Cancelled by email at 5:49 this morning. Phoned "central control" to resolve. Still no response.
I have subsequently been contacted by Technical Director to apologise for the problem with an individual franchise contractor. Had I not already arranged alternative he would would have arranged prompt resolution.
I hope this excellent response is more indicative of the normal standard of service from Access4lofts

Had our loft insulated and boarded today by Ben and Jordan. Both lads were very professional, polite and friendly. They did an amazing job, cleaned up and hoovered on completion. I would certainly recommend this company for all your loft needs.

Nick is so professional and knowledgeable, his advice was excellent in helping me know what was best for our loft. Arranged a suitable day and efficiently rearranged when it was needed. Work done quickly, efficiently and the very amenable team cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Detailed demonstration of the work done, which looks amazing. What a great team of people.

We used Christian and his team for a floor boarding and loft ladder installation in autumn 2025.

A few months in and having lived with the work, I am coming here to commend this service: not just for the workmanship and dedication, but the human factor.

I have lost track of how many local
builders and contractors have left us reaching for the lawyer’s number. It is beyond appalling how low some standards are - and the propensity for daylight robbery in Sussex has been extraordinary since 2022, when we bought this house. We live in Rip Off Britain in a new era. Makes you put a hold on all building work.

Christian is transparent, reasonable, professional, clean, tidy, keeps the communication open at all times, and will always discuss any issue or potential issue and allay customers’ anxiety or worry.

This is almost unheard of in the UK in 2026.

I could not recommend a professional any more - after this experience. Looking forward enormously to stage 2 which will involve windows and more work.

Wonderful courteous, tidy and professional service from Tim and his colleague (and Nick!) for a recent loft boarding and storage installation. Very impressed with the quality and it has created so much space. If you are thinking of having your loft converted for storage do not under-estimate the space this company can make for you!

Just had our loft boarded by Mark and his team (Rotherham / Doncaster area ) and I’ve got to say I have been blown away from start to finish.
From the initial quotation visit to the installation, Mark was polite, professional, friendly and efficient.
The quote was clearly laid out by email so there was no ambiguity and everything was clearly explained.
The installation was carried out on time and the guys worked extremely tidily and the whole job was completed a lot quicker than I expected.
The quality of the job is first class, I am really happy with everything and would highly recommend access4lofts 😀😀😀

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Access4Lofts in Swindon area (Calne). From the very first enquiry right through to completion, the communication was excellent — clear, prompt and professional at every stage. I was kept fully informed about what to expect, timings and costs, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

Had my loft done in Warrington to increase storage space and improve the boarding and insulation and really happy with how it turned out. Turned up early in the morning, worked quickly, tidied up, and even took an old kitchen worktop to remove in the van that we didn't know was up there. would definitely recommend!

They arrived on time, measured up putting on little overshoes. On arrival to fit the ladder on time exactly to the minute, dust sheets, over shoes were used, They were neat and tidy, did a spot on job. Nicest guys ever, such a priviledge to have them do work. They were incredibably cheap, payment was easy. Great, not enough superlatives for this company.

Something is very fishy about this company. Their website shows PN Lofts Ltd, trading as Access4Lofts, however that company was dissolved in January 2025. The company registration number advertised on the website next to PN Lofts Ltd is 12800326, which actually belongs to a very similar company, PN Loft Services Ltd. Why would a company advertise a dissolved limited company name with a company registration number of a different company with an almost similar name...?

Just had my loft insulated and boarded today by Richard from Access4lofts. And I can't recommend him highly enough.
The job start on time and finished to a very standard, all mess and debris cleaned up and removed.

Had partial loft boarding and relocation of hatch installed by Josh's team (Wirral area) Peter and Jordan. Really pleased with the work and they tidied up so well afterwards...I didnt have to do anything. Highly recommended

from the very first contact with the admin team, the visit to survey the property and provide a quote, to the installation team , I cannot praise this company highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts Rotherham. The entire team were polite , professional and were at pains to put me at my ease. His understanding of my needs and the estimate were excellent .
