Got Text message at 13:56 stating he will not make the appointment . The loft appointment time was allocated from09:00 am - 14:00. He texted future dates that accommodating to him. I was taken back as I realized that my time and value were taken for granted.
It makes me question what type of work/ communication I would receive from access4 loft.

Michael from Access4Lofts, Chelmsford, was superb. His workmanship was excellent, he arrived early and got to work straightaway. When finished he tidied up and gave me a full instructional tour of my new ladder and flooring. I would definitely recommend Michael and Access4Lofts

Michael did a fantastic job boarding up our loft, and went above and beyond when he discovered a wasps’ nest. He handled the situation safely, professionally, and with no fuss at all, keeping us informed the whole time. The quality of the work is excellent, and his friendly, reliable approach made the whole experience stress-free.

Service has been excellent,all the more so as works and timetables had to be revised due to bats appearing.Team on the job were very efficient and were tidy throughout. They also brought to our attention woodworm in some beams that we could arrange to have treated which was much appreciated as I suspect some firms would have just boarded loft and not mentioned it.

Highly recommend this company who fitted attic floorboards, lighting and a drop down ladder to access our small loft.
From the beginning with the survey, which was written and sent to us quickly, they arrived on time on the day, were very friendly, efficient and made sure no mess was left behind at all after they had finished.
They made sure we knew how to use the ladder before they left and waited until we had both climbed up & down the ladder to make sure we were happy with it all.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, Nick was professional and so knowledgeable. Very clear and competitive price points, highly responsive to emails and calls, and what I loved the most was the breakdown of costs so you could see exactly what you are paying for.

The fit was quick, all floors covered and not a speck of dust left anywhere. Having had other quotes for over double the price, with plans to mess with my roof structure (new build) I am so pleased I found this company.

Simon is polite and friendly and keeps you informed at every stage of the process. The ladder quality is very good and and the end result excellant.

Steve at the Kilmarnock branch came within a couple of days of enquiring to provide a quote, I was very happy with the quote for what we were wanting done. He provided availability and he turned up with a great attitude ( probably got sick of saying hello to my 3 year old twins every time he left to go to the van and came back in the house, but he went along and greeted them every time along with the younger guy who was helping him do the job).

Kept the place tidy by putting dust sheets all the way from the bedroom down to the front door, cleaned up after themselves and enclosed a few areas that my wife asked if they could do it, which they did with no issues.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family and happy with the work done which is adding valuable storage space to our house!

Fromstart to finish all round great. Des arrived short noticed, priced up quote sent, instal date agreed. Russell arrived and was very polite and interested and did a great job. Office ladies supported all the way with info required. Deffinitely would reccomend.

From start to finish, the entire team at Access 4 Loft Bristol North was exceptional. The service, right from the initial quote through to a few necessary adjustments, was handled with impressive quick response time and professionalism.
On installation day, the team of three skilled men arrived exactly on time in two clean vans. They took excellent care of my property, immediately laying down dust sheets to protect my new staircase runner and surrounding areas before getting started.

The installation itself was flawless. They did a truly great job installing my new loft boarding and insulation. They also professionally fitted a high-quality, easy-to-use ladder, two new LED lights with a dedicated switch, and the Air Tech foil liner. The transformation is incredible—the space looks significantly bigger now! We have more than enough secure storage for all our travel suitcases and those occasionally unwanted items.

The quality of the materials used, especially the ladder and boarding, is evident. The entire job, covering a 42 square foot area including the new insulation, was completed efficiently in around six hours. Before leaving, they ensured the area was tidy and neat, and they took the time to clearly demonstrate the safe operation of the new ladder.

I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Access 4 Loft Bristol North ( Rash, Olly, and other guys sorry I remembered a few names only ). They deliver not only top-tier workmanship but also offer very competitive pricing. They exceeded my expectations!

Sadly, very poor service from Crewe Branch. Phoned to request visit. Two appointments made. No show - ended up using a local competitor who made an excellent job of installing flooring and storage to our attic.

Simon is a very pleasant guy, nothing was too much trouble he worked quickly and efficiently, explained everything really well and left us in a clean and tidy state.

Outstanding job from the Canterbury branch. Both survey and work were carried out in a very professional way. Val turned out on time, he was very tidy and did an excellent job, placing loft insulation. I can strongly recommend him.

Fitters turned up on time as arranged, no mess, very efficient, good solid installation, would definitely recommend.

Survey was done quote excepted and date arranged. The team arrived on time and got on with the task in hand. They were pleasant and polite. They boarded my loft fitted a bigger hatch and ladder. The cleared up after and took away extra rubbish. Overall they were very professional and went above and beyond. Would recommend this company

Outstanding professional service from Nick at Sheffield branch .. his work was exemplary, clean and tidy and very respectful of my home keeping hallways covered and using their own ladders to access my loft space. Nick and Jake arrived on time, completed on time and it was such a smooth transaction. From start to finish. The quote I had was very reasonable in the current market. I had several quotes and by far Nick was the more friendly and approachable person I dealt with ..the whole Sheffield team are wonderful, don’t delay give them a call you won’t regret it. I highly recommend them, I am booking in for more shelving.
