Boarded over my extractor fan pipe work in the loft, came back to sort but instead just cut a big hole in the boarding, didnt replace the board and do a proper finish

also asked about receiving the gift card they advertise following recommendation, they were looking into it with head office to see if we qualified, i never received a reply

I can highly recommend Access4Lofts. Communication with them prior to the work being done was prompt and efficient. I was given a clearly laid out quotation and an explanation of what was going to be done. There was no ‘hard sell’ during the free survey and the price for the work ( insulating and boarding our loft) was very fair.
The team came to do the work at exactly the right time and worked incredibly hard. They were complete professional in their attitude and workmanship. We are delighted with the end result. It’s completely changed our loft into a very secure and usable storage space. Thank you to all the Abingdon team at Access4Lofts.

I received an initial call two days later than promised, and arranged for a survey to be done. I waited 4 hours, no-one came or contacted me. 2 days after that (whilst I was away) the guy arrived - I told him he was 2 days late to which he replied 'my bad - the office must have made a mistake' and promised to get in touch to rearrange. Heard nothing since. Obvs won't be using them!

Anthony was highly professional and was always very polite and courteous. Emails were always answered promptly and when it came to doing the job his workmanship was absolutely top notch and he worked extremely hard to get the job completed in a day, but also to a very high standard. Would highly recommend this company as a result.

I used the Leeds & York franchise. Excellent experience form start to finish. David Nunn visited and gave good down to earth advice followed by a fixed price quote.
Fitter Tim (fantastic cheerful and neat & tidy guy) did a great job within the time frame they gave - about 1.5 days. He gave us a full demo before he left.

Excellent installation of new loft hatch and ladder, fitter arrived on time, fitted without any problems, ensured carpets and furniture were covered to avoid dust, he hoovered up after completing the job, definitely recommend this company.

Was told I would be contacted to arrange survey. Nobody contacted me great customer service

The quote was fairly priced and was exactly what I paid. Availability and booking the job in was easy too.

All of the staff including the surveyor, Brett and the guys that carried out the fitting were extremely friendly and professional. They were extremely prompt and arrived bang on time, they were efficient and tidied up so that everything was spotless once completed. The job was completed to an extremely high standard. 5 stars out of 5!

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Access4Lofts. On the positive side, their team worked tidily, and the fitter demonstrated solid craftsmanship and professionalism. I also appreciated the safety features of the loft ladder they fitted, which are handy for those of shorter stature. However, there were some downsides. While the initial installation seemed fine, there were issues with the ladder and hatch catch, which required follow-ups. Communication with the fitter became difficult, and it took intervention from the franchisor to fully resolve the problems after a lengthy delay. Overall, satisfactory in the end, but the process could have been smoother. Would recommend with caution.

Josh at Access 4 Lofts Watford came last June and insulated and boarded the loft and installed a telescopic loft ladder and lighting. All I can say is it's made a huge difference in its first winter. The upstairs is so much warmer. I now have various items stored in a much tidier loft space. I'm so pleased with the work. I should have had this done years ago. Josh and team were very tidy and with little disturbance to the house. Recommended.

Just had a new loft hatch, new ladder and insulation and boarding added to our loft today. Whole experience was excellent from initial estimation visit to customer service and installation. Really happy with the work and they left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Extra space and warmer home now.

We had a fantastic experience with Nick and his team at Access4Lofts Ipswich! They were incredibly flexible and their work was nothing short of professional. Their knowledge and skills really stood out, and the competitive pricing was a huge bonus.

They installed a loft hatch and ladder, insulation, and boarding in the loft of our Victorian terraced property. We were especially impressed with how sympathetic they were to the traditional features of the house when installing the loft hatch; it was clear they took great care and consideration.
