Hello I’ve got a great service from Accident claim line
Hello I’ve got a great service from Accident Claim helpline. Some people get upset with a cold call but they are only there to help you and get what you deserve from the accident it’s not your fault but it’s put you out because your car has a lot of damage so why not make them pay for there silly driveling I did and Im very happy with what I got. Contacted this service on the day of my accident, staff were very thorough explained everything to me, like who would be dealing with my accident, which company would collect my car and who would provide me with my courtesy car. The staff member also reminded me I would have a secure PIN number that all relevant companies would state that were involved in my case over the phone as he reminded about scammers, very helpful man

I called the Saga accident helpline
I called the Saga accident helpline, someone drove into my vehicle at the back while I was parked safely. From there on I was in the hands of Spectra for a hire vehicle. They were quick and brilliant. They have arranged the removal of my vehicle from the accident site, the independent assessor to inspect the damage, and the there after. I’m so grateful to them.

They take all the worry away.
They contacted me after the accident. As it wasn't my fault they passed me on to a company that is dealing with the replacement hire car and repairs. No loss of no claims or costing me my excess. Great experience.
