Accident claim helpline made things very straightforward and easy for me after the car accident I suffered. I had a hire car 2 hours after the accident which was amazing and kept me mobile. Thanks again.

A car drove into the back of me at the weekend, which was quite a shock to say the least. I was at the roadside for a good 2 hours, with the Police, getting it all sorted. During this time, the other driver said he could not contact his insurers with it being a Sunday. I phoned my insurers in the evening, and was able to speak to somebody straight away. The several people I spoke to were brilliant, as I was still in shock, and they explained everything well to me. I had a courtesy car assigned to me 24 hours after the initial contact to my insurers. I have felt supported during the whole process, and I am very impressed. I also had a telephone call a couple of days after, to check how myself and my family are. From Robert Layton.P.S. Quick, efficient and kept informed. Just one slight thing I have noticed is there are a lot of calls that means you are repeating information but it’s better to give too much info than not enough!

Tom was my call handler and he was amazingly warm from the off. He was very re-assuring in his manner and kept asking if I was ok throughout the conversation. I made the call straight after the accident and so other drivers spoke to Tom and he also helped them at the same time which was great support.
Data checks were made first obviously.
Tom deserves a incentive reward or bonus, and can I add that Simon and Josh were also brilliant when I contacted them too. I have never had a crash before but people tell me how stressful sorting out the insurance and courtesy car is etc. I've got to say that I felt the support I received was seamless from Tom on the day and he sounds like a genuinely lovely person, that his family are probably very proud of, and I wish him well... Tom even called me a few days later to check I was ok, which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Fantastic response to my claim. Talked me through everything . I knew everything that was to be done and when, it worked like clockwork. Very Professional.
