I am so pleased with the support I received after my accident. I reported it the night before, and by the next day I was given a car to use, which meant I didn’t struggle to get to work, do my shopping, . The customer care was excellent — they listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. That is why I happily gave them 5 stars.

Great exceptional service
I got to ACHL purely by accident when I was calling my own insurance group.
They immediately kept me at ease, and arranged a hire car for me so I could drive back from Manchester to London.
The coordination was just fantastic.
Even when I switched the case to my own insurance group, they were nice and understanding about it and collected their hired car without a fuss asap.
I will highly recommend their services should you need them.

Too many phone calls & texts form different people and company's. Far from an easy experience.
Hire vehicle didn't arrive when stated.
Had to share photos of the damage to 3 different people/company's and every text/email asked for more information.
