While ACG as a collective have been instrumental in helping Dash Claims build over the last year of partnership, Dee, Chris & Harry have been absolutely magical in handing our account, enquiries and most of all making sure our Bodyshops are paid correctly and on time every time.

I had an accident at 8.45 and car was collected from home with a full courtesy replacement by 18.30. All services were of the highest standard, with easy guidance and proactive follow ups.

From the second my insurance company transferred me to WINN Solicitors I could feel the stress of a very inconvenient situation slide off my shoulders and into the hands of the professionals. Scott, who handled my call was extremely empathetic, listened while I gave him all the relevant information they required and was extremely patient and kind. I got off the phone knowing that the accident report is being managed by very capable people who have kept me in the loop at every step of the process.

I had a car crash and within 2 hours kf it happening j was able to get my car arranged to be picked up and a courtesy car with me on my drive and all the insurance was handled perfectly and clear information was given. Would highly rate as they have done nothing but help me getting the compensation and the insurance sorted as fast as possible.

She quickly collected all the necessary details and within minutes, I had information about a replacement vehicle along with plans for retrieving mine. The firm are currently still dealing with my case (yet to receive compensation), but have dealt with my case thus far as swiftly as possible with constant and often daily updates. Loved had they had ties to repair, hire replacement and solicitation. Only fail was not being able to line me up with an near-enough like-for-like courtesy car. Luckily I wasn't in any urgent need for one in my own car's absence but would've been nice. Happy with service regardless thus far.
