Our experience with Accord Legal Services and in particular Sarah Danbury has been excellent. Sarah provided an efficient service and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. She took time to get to know us and it was a pleasure to work with her. 10/10 recommend.

Catherine came out to us and signed us up for Wills and upsold us from the free wills for police to in trust wills etc for the kids. I chased the wills around 6 months later and the basic ones then came out and the in trust a couple of months later after chasing again with a big apology and goodwill payment for being so late. I think they were maybe not submitted initially properly .
We took out finance through a second company through accord to pay for them over a few years which would have led to a large interest payment, luckily we knew we could pay it off early with no fees over a few months but if we hadn’t been able to probably would have looked at a different finance option.

I would recommend Accord to colleagues but would suggest putting a note in the calendar for a few months down the line to chase or be sure they arrived as it took me 6 months to realise we’d never got them
