Sarah Danbury gave me great advice and was very helpful throughout the conversation very good advice not jus yin regards to a will but other services too. i would highly recommend making contact with her if you have any questions

Sarah Danbury has been great, really helpful, kind and professional. Feel really settled with the information and made to feel at ease. Answered all my questions and she was really easy to talk to. Definitely recommend.

Used the St Helens Office to make our wills, POA and Trust.
Paid over £4000 up front for this service.
Emails with questions were not acknowledged.
We were not told there would be a further payment of £328 for out POA documents.
Some written correspondence to us was quite rude in its tone.
Disappointing as this company was recommended to us.

Just got off a call with Kevin who talked through our will writing and explained everything so well, so honest, open, transparent and not out to make a money out of us and clearly cared about getting what was right for us. His is an asset to Accord.

I signed up through work as a key worker, to have a consultation and free will. There were great levels of communication from Accord in advance, and then from Sarah (who was assigned to my case) confirming in advance about the booking. Sarah was so helpful, very friendly and explaindd everything really clearly to make sure I understood what my options were, and how they would work in the event of my death, to ensure my estate was managed and inherited according to my preferences. She also explained that I will be able to revisit the will in future to update and add to it, e.g with a trust fund or power of attorney arrangements, and it's good to know that these are options that will remain open. Sarah made me feel at ease, and kept everything light. I felt really comfortable and confident in the decisions I reached, and didn't feel pressured. Thank you Sarah, and thank you Accord for offering this service to key workers. I would recommend this to anyone.
