Patient help during a time of stress
Kevin went over and above to help me find another flight to Australia when mine was cancelled. I needed very specific dates and he spent a long time searching. Flights to avoid Dubai
As the conflict in the Middle East expanded I decided to ask for my Emirates flights via Dubai to NZ to be refunded.
I spent 4-5 hours online searching for new flights to Wellington and found no solutions that worked for me. I did not want to spend long layovers alone in a foreign airport. Sid took this on board and came up with an amazing itinerary which was not too expensive. And with short layovers.
I could not be more grateful. Such a relief. And I have been booked to have assistance which gives me access to bulkhead seats. That is a huge bonus. I’m nearly 80 and suddenly feel grateful to be old!

Very quick service
Very quick service - Gave Kevin details of our requirements - we were booked through Dubai just over a week after the US/Israel bombing of Iran.
There was a complication in that one of the party was to fly UK>Brisbane>UK and the other two members of the party was to fly UK>Brisbane & Perth>UK.
We all wanted to sit together where possible.

Ace Flights and help from Stella

My previous good review about Ace Flights need to b taken down! ASAP please! as I had not then understood how Unhelpful and Bad! This company is!
Like! I still have no idea how much Kevin charged me for his ‘help’ in booking me with my last 6 flights from UK to NZ (I have asked repeatedly for this info and he sidesteps as all Con artists do!) so certainly I was given the same fake runaround as all the other negative reviews mention!
He/ they also give NO refund in flights and NO help on getting visas.
Go! Online with Expedia! Will b my advice to myself ! and any other burnt person by this toxic company who are after all from the same branch as their previous ACE kin?! Long gone down!
