Delayed refund of a deposit
While initially having good service from Ruby in sourcing premium Economy flights for a Trip to Australia, we changed our minds and decided to go economy. We had been persuaded to put down £800 deposit on the understanding that this would be refunded if we changed our mind, We were told that that this could take 7-10 days to clear but after 18 days and no refund I called. Before I had even said the reason for my call Kevin told me that my account had been refunded and the money should be with me soon. Apparently there had been a „glitch“ in their accounts, but it felt more like Ace flights were holding on to my money until I chased them up. Hopefully I will receive my money in the next 7-10 days!
Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I used Ace Flights UK in March this year to book my return flights to Australia. I was so impressed and pleased with their service that I automatically returned to them to book further flights for my return to Australia for early next year. Kevin was brilliant and so patient and helpfulwith my requests to check different flight options, seating and dates etc. Nothing was too much trouble and he checked in by phone the following day to ensure i received my itinerary and receipt. I got into touch Ace company after seeing a deal to go too Brisbane on site on line .When I spoke to Kevin
He explained that the deal did not include luggage charges and other charges! Kevin was very good and helped me to get the flights I needed.
and when I said I needed an aisle seat
due to my knee operation! Kevin arrange assisted travel plus bulk head seats on my journey .
