What an excellent service AC Jenkins have provided to us yet again.
Their driver Paul Briggs is a massive asset to their company.
Our flight from Norway to Heathrow was delayed for over 8 hours. Paul was aware of the delay and rang me in Norway to check that we were all ok. He assured us that he or another driver would be waiting for us at Heathrow and not to worry about the delay.
We arrived at Heathrow airport 8 hours late, just after Midnight, but true to his word Paul was there waiting for us.
He then advised that there were several motorway closures due to repair works.
Thankfully he has excellent knowledge of other routes and secondary roads between Heathrow and south Wales and manged to get us home without any further delays.
Well done Paul and AC Jenkins.
I would recommend this established company.
Every time we have used this company, the quality of vehicles supplied has been excellent. They have all been very clean, with plenty of room and brand new or nearly new registration plates.

Hired a saloon for a holiday trip to Studley Castle it was a dream, plenty of space for bags and a mobility scooter, the driver was on time and was very helpful, the journey was smooth and easy going and so was the return. I can only thank the company and driver for the excellent safe service and an enjoyable trip, fully recommended.

I was let down by another mini bus company 48 hours before my family and I were do to travel.

Our most recent experience was at the hands of Paul B, who both delivered us and collected us from T5 at Heathrow. Paul B is a Swansea icon, much like Joe’s Ice cream parlour and the Mumbles pier. Paul made the journey pleasurable, displaying an impressive knowledge of the UK’s road and motorway network. Safe and secure, I would also strongly recommend Paul B as the driver of choice - First class and an OUTSTANDING ambassador for AC Jenkins, the company that he proudly represents. Keep up the great work.

Fourth time using AC Jenkins. Booking process straight forward, confirmations received via email and text, with reminders a few days prior to travel. Vehicles comfortable, however on this occasion could have been cleaner internally on touch points, finger prints and smear marks visible on internal door handles and window buttons. Driver Paul B a super star! Arrived 10 minutes early for pick up, on the return journey waiting for us at the arrivals area. Safe and knowledgeable driver. We experienced heavy traffic congestion on outward journey, however Paul’s geographical knowledge enabled a detour allowing us to arrive at the airport in good time. Highly recommend AC Jenkins, in particular driver Paul B.

This is was our second time using A C Jenkins. We booked to go to London for my second hen weekend and requested Paul again as he was fantastic last time. We had a really pleasant journey there and back. Arrived on time and the car was clean and comfortable.

I wish to convey my thanks for the way AC Jenkins dealt with my return home pick up yesterday.
Unfortunately we were diverted to Birmingham due to a fault with the aircraft which now needed a longer runway. I communicated with your driver Alex as things unfolded. We returned to Cardiff at 06.15 this morning and Alex picked us up at 07.00. I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently that you as a company still honoured my booking and Alex’s extreme professionalism.

AC Jenkins once again surpassed our expectations. We enquired about adding an additional passenger for just the journey to the airport and this was arranged without issue nor delay. The punctuality, professionalism and reliability are why we use AC Jenkins, not to mention the very reasonable costs of their service. The flexibility that they recently demonstrated just further endorses why we will always use AC Jenkins. The cars are always comfortable, clean and make our journeys safe and pleasant. Drivers are always sociable and help us with our luggage. Communication is great and we receive information a week before journeys as well as a reminder on return day. Highly recommended 👌.

I came to UK first time and first person I met was Nigel. He was in contact with me before one day, when i boarded the flight from India. He received me from the airport. He was super cool and helpful guy. Taxi was also well maintained. I literally want to give more than 5 stars.

I can thoroughly recommend this company for airport transport. They were very professional, kept us informed with all the necessary details at the relevant times. The vehicles are spotlessly clean and comfortable. I used AC Jenkins for a recent business transfer and tour for clients visiting from London.
