If Heineken did taxi companies! I was in a pickle needing to travel to Cardiff airport on a Sunday evening with no public transport available, to top it off my return trip was disrupted by industrial action. AC Jenkins stepped up at a very reasonable cost, with a customer service that puts others to shame.

Excellent service in difficult conditions
Nigel, our driver, travelled through terrible weather conditions to collect us from Stansted airport after Ryanair cancelled our flight due to the snow. His courteous and positive attitude helped make a very disappointing experience more bearable. Thank you AC Jenkins for being able to arrange this at such short notice.

Don’t look at any other company this is the best !
We have used Jenkins for years and would not travel with any other company. Our latest trip this week Alistair organised perfectly for me.
Michelle the driver just so nice. I felt safe and secure in her car and she went out of her way to help us feel comfortable.
Already booked our next Southampton journey and would not use any other company.

Very professional service prompt communication and response when booking.The drivers are so professional and if the plane is delayed they are waiting for you you feel reassured they ring you and you have contact details. Excellent, considerate transport experience from Swansea to London Heathrow return. On time both occasions, particularly at Heathrow for 6am. Drivers welcoming and supportive.

Airport travel
Absolutely fab trip up to Heathrow with Michelle. Turned up 5 minutes early, friendly and confident with her job to do. Delivered us safely. Will definitely be using AC JENKINS again for airport travel. They were recommended to me by a friend who uses them quite often to travel to the airports. Top company with top drivers
Recently used AC Jenkins for airport transfer to and from Heathrow Airport. We found this company to be excellent from start to finish. They were very helpful and efficient from the moment I contacted them for a quote.
Both of the drivers we had to and from the airport were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful not to mention extremely polite.
Nothing was too much for this company especially when we requested a larger vehicle for our return home aswell as stops along the way.
A very efficient and professional company. We would definitely use again and 100% recommend to others also.

An all-around excellent service from a…
An all-around excellent service from a very professional company for my return transfer to Bristol airport. Takes all the stress away from driving and parking a great way to start and finish a holiday.
The booking was very easy, instant replies answering all my queries quote by text and email. Good communication prior to departure with driver and vehicle details.
The car was clean and modern and very comfortable.
The drivers were very punctual helpful and considerate especially as I was travelling with my elderly mother.
I can not recommend A C Jenkins enough I have already booked again.
