Two so far
I should be writing two reviews because I bought a motorhome one week then returned the next for a car I saw. The service is second to none and your dealt with very swiftly and professionally by all the staff but comms were mainly through Richard who was very good and patient. I did have a trade in against another vehicle and the price paid was fair. My only concern is that I may be back for another rather quickly.

First class experience, quick decision and fair trade in price, no haggling (after my drive from Aberdeen), slight paint issue on spare wheel cover dealt with without any quibble, car in fantastic condition, would definitely use again.

Excellent Guys
Liam is a stand up guy. I placed a deposit on an Audi Q7 and had to pull out due to my part exchange being involved in an accident. Liam remained communicative throughout and honoured the refund of my £500.

Great Stock and Fantastic aftercare
I bought a Porsche 911 from Rich at Acklam. Bearing in mind my journey was around 3+ hours to get there, I was really happy to see that the car was exactly as Rich said it would be. After I collected it, I noticed that the rear spoiler breaklight had a few blown LED's. This would have been difficult to spot without having someone you know follow you and point it out, so it is easily overlooked. These parts are ridicously expensive, but without quibble, Rich quickly sorted a new part and fitting, which was done to my convenience near where I live. Its only when something isn't right that you know how good a company is by the way they handle it, and Rich showed just how good Acklam is. I'm sure I will be buying from them again in the future.
