This was my first time purchasing from Acklam Cars, and the experience was excellent.

Communication from Richard was excellent as I was purchasing without viewing the vehicle prior to collection. This made the process much easier.

what i enjoyed about purchasing from Richard was that there was no messing around! I called him had a honest professional conversation about the vehicle i was interested in. Great experience from top to bottom. Gave me a decent trade in on my car (a convertible, around Christmas) when everyone else was low balling me.
The Lotus Emira Joe sold me is immaculate - and the handover was the best I’ve ever experienced. Warm welcome, slick and efficient process.
A big bunch of flowers and a tank of fuel in the car. And a couple of drinks for the journey back to Wiltshire. I definitely would recommend the guys.

Start to finish - Richard was a true gent, never pressured. Car was immaculate on collection, bought car blind as we live 3hrs away! But had nothing to worry about, all the team were perfect. Would happy deal with them again.
