I love the way this company answers…
I love the way this company answers messages quickly, staff are helpful, no more call centres. Work done fast and efficiently. Only took a star off for some unexpected internet down time, but since then been great.

Great local company broadband
The broadband seems to be really good so far so great from a small local company. Only slight faults so far I got the broad band installed in the last few days of the month and got billed for a full month. I lost signal in the evening and contacted the out of hrs on FB messenger had to wait untill the next day for any reply, Thankfully it was only a small fault that was fixed in a few hrs.

Hi Rab, yes our service is billed in advance so your first invoice would have included the pro rata amount on the month you were installed and the full following month. The period would have been stated on the invoice.

Highly highly recommend
I finally have Wi-Fi that actually works!! The speed of everything is a game changer, we have a house of 6 and everyone of us have our phones, iPads and tvs connected at all times with zero delay. The customer service is also brilliant. If I ever had any questions someone always got back to me and it was sorted straight away. Excellent service
