Top class mechanic
Very good indeed. I had overtightened a bolt holding the saddle stem to the frame and sheared the bolt head off. I could not find a cycle mechanic who would drill the thread out. The mechanic at Activ did this without any fuss. I am very grateful. Highly recommended.

Service from my first telephone enquiry was excellent.

Would definitely recommend them.
We don’t live near the shop but would make the trip to visit them for bike service as trust their work.
