Easy ordering process, fantastic bike and Steve at the Folkestone store was excellent, providing a very comprehensive bike fit. It would have been a five star review but someone forgot to charge the battery on the derailleur....

Excellent advice and customer service
Excellent advice and customer service. Steve was incredibly helpful - I guess thats why it's good to buy local. They invited my son in for a fitting and spent over an hour adjusting the bike perfectly for him and gave some great advice on posture and how to get the best out of the bike. You dont get that level of service buying solely online.

I bought a new bike via the Cycle to Work scheme. The bike was on sale and I knew what I wanted so can't comment on their advice but the process was quick and easy, the team were responsive and bike was collected without any trouble, all set up and ready to go. Would recommend.
