Good service / eventually
Ordered via phone rather than internet, an altogether pleasant experience. Having some additional work carried out on the bike, appears to have caused some confusion, As the bike was then boxed up and forgotten about. Chasing the retailer should not be part of the buying experience, but hopefully this may help them improve their procedures.

Ordered restrap luggage straps which…
Won't be using them again. Not good.
Ordered restrap luggage straps which were in stock at the time of order.
The wrong ones arrived a week ago and after a long phonecall I was promised that the correct ones would be sent asap. Next day I got a text saying new ones had been ordered and would be with them the next day.
It's now a week after that initial phonecall and no-one can / will give me an update despite texts and phone calls.
Won't be using them again. Mistakes happen but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference.
Edit : Avtiv cycles...in case it wasn't obvious I've still not got the item I ordered...instead I have a cheaper version that I didn't order. Great that you're going to improve the experience of others but I'd quite like you to fix my issue.

Very clear and prompt communication. Good price for bike. Quick delivery. Bike was damaged, possibly in-transit, they did what they could to try and help but I had to get my local bike shop to fix. Packaging was good/ no damage.

Seamless buying experience of my Trek…
Seamless buying experience of my Trek Emonda SL7. I did have to ring a few days after ordering to see when it was going to be delivered and was met with very friendly and helpful staff.
The bike was delivered on time by an absolute top bloke who I spent quite a bit of time talking to about all manner of cycling.
The perfect end to an enjoyable bike buying experience. Would definitely recommend.
