Anxious First Time Buyer
As first-time buyers, my husband and I were quite anxious about the mortgage process, especially since we had only been in our new jobs for a couple of months. Dan Knott has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure we understood all our options.
What stood out the most was how patient and reassuring he was throughout the process. Dan was always available to answer our questions and made us feel completely at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. Super straight forward
Our two year fixed mortgage was coming to an end. Dan reached out to us with plenty of notice to arrange a chat. Found us the best deal we could get and locked us in at a much more favourable rate for a 5 year fixed. Took away all the stress and didn’t cost us anymore than it would have without his help.
