broke my bike in the goyt valley, tried to fix it an made it worse. went into the shop which was packed with customers and they still managed to fix it in an hour odd! mint!

Ordered an Evoc bike bag from Active Sport. They offered a good price and availability compared with larger online players. Mark contacted me to confirm expected delivery date which would have been fine for me anyway, then significantly beat the projected delivery date. Great personal touch. Product looks good too, need to see how it holds out when I use it in September.

My go to for all middleburn stuff as they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They knew chainlines for all sorts of combos of spiders and cranks and helped to sort the right crankset for both my Krampus and Ice cream truck. Middleburn stuff is top quality and although expensive its worth it.

The product was delivered as fast as you can expect. The product was competitively priced. I can only describe the customer service as perfect. I ordered the wrong size of spoke, so asked for a swap. They were more than happy to complete the transaction, even covering the cost of shipping.

Bought a roof rack lock for my bike rack. They had the obscure part (which a national company had taken an order for then refunded when they couldn't supply!).
Part arrived quickly - and communication was excellent A*.

I found out that I had snapped my hanger 2 days before a planned long weekend trip to Afan. A rapid scour of the internet searching for a possible supplier led me to activesport.co.uk . I ordered the part and asked if it was possible to get it to me the next day so I could either fit it before I went or once I arrived in Wales. I also ordered another one from Evans and paid the extra three and half quid for their next day delivery service.
Mark at activesport emailed me and told me he had posted it first class so it should be with Me the next day ( at no extra cost ).
Both items arrived as promised. (activesports arrived first courtesy of the brilliant first class mail ).
The hanger from activesport.co.uk. is a far superior quality to the one supplied by Evans and was also over £3 cheaper before the added £3.50 next day delivery con, I mean charge.
It's great to deal with someone who actually rides bikes rather than the impersonal feeling you get from some online companies.
I will definitely be using active sports for any other bike needs and I have recommended them to the my riding buddies and will continue to do so.

A friend pointed out that Mark Anthony Cycles (activesport) had the best prices for Brooks Saddles. They were right. Excellent price, excellent delivery.
I will use again and recommend them.

Found this shop through google when i was looking for some replacement fork seals for my bike. There were a couple of different shops selling them but activesport appealed to me as the price was competitive and included postage. I ordered them on a friday and within an hour i had an email to tell me the seals had been dispatched on the same day. The parcel arrived tuesday morning wrapped well with exactly what i had ordered. Overall i was very happy with the service and would definately use them again.
