In Nepal, there are thousands travel agencies, most of them are good 👍. But, 4 years ago I’ve chosen Actual Aventure for Putha Hiunchuli and now I continue choosing it for my Annapuna Circut and Upper Mustang (Nov 2023) and definitely for Langtang circuit in 2024. Company itself cannot make things happen and perfect. Mr Kedar, the director, has making things different than other companies with his slogan “Customers at the Core”👍👍. I love the way Actual Adventure taking care its customers, I loved and appreciate the supper support from Jun (the guide) and Sitaram (the porter) to help me completely my trekking this time (i am a cancer patient, stage 3).
Once again, Big thanks to Kedar, Jun, Sitaram and Actual Adventure team🙏🙏. I will be back with you for other trips 🙏❤️❤️❤️

One of the most challenging & epic treks
"One of the best treks that I had went in my life. First of all its not an easy trek. It requires intense stamina and mental wellness for the completion of this journey. Our local guide Lakpa was very friendly and helpful along with both our porters Prem and Vijay. The accomodations in all places were pretty good and food was amazing. Only the dampening factor was the monsoon weather as we were unable to catch our return flight back from Lukla, instead had to walk down a very dangerous and exhausting trek down to Surkey and we finally managed to catch a jeep to take us back to Kathmandu. Except the monsoon season rest everything was perfect. Special mention to our guide Lakpa who not only made this trek easier, also managed to take us to his home for a quick cup of hot tea 😀 I would recommend this trek to anyone who wants to catch the panoramic views of the great Himalayan peaks including Mount Everest. Thanks to Kedar Actual Adventure for organising such a great trip."

Planned trek to Everest base camp and bcos of bad weather,flights cancelled to Lukla and our trek operator advised to Annapurna base camp which was awesome. Guide provided by company is senior and very experienced.Hotels and food provided over the trek path are hygienic and neat.Mr Kedar and Sujan took good care all through the trek regarding safety, accommodation and hurdles if any.Many thanks to Actual adventure and team.

The trip was a wonderful experience and a life time achievement for me . The tour operator was so kind hearted and helped me in this trip. Actually I planned for EBC trek but because of bad weather I couldn’t go and waited for two days for the same later my tour operator has suggested ABC trek and planned accordingly as per my itinerary and made it a successful trip. I have to mention specifically about my guide was was one of the senior most guide.. Mr kulman who was so gentle and caring and didn’t get annoyed or irritated at any point of the complete trip and guided us with utmost care and support. Thanks again to the team who helped me in completing this trek, going back to home with lots of wonderful and adventurous memories 🤗😇

Mount Everest base camp trek was really made easy by Actual adventure agency. They guide, the porter, they Stay, everything is provided by them. Just remember to carry extra cash as the food gets expensive as you move closer to the base camp. Apart from that actual adventures was really helpful. They gave us certificates for completion too.

A very great experience and organisation by actual adventures

Actual Adventures is the best trekking company in Nepal. The guides and leader are the best. The entire team is supportive and co ordinates very well throughout the trek. I had amazing experience at EBC with Actual Adventures 👍🏼

Actual Adventure from Katmandu, Nepal is a fraudulent company. As a tourism agency, they are supposed to ensure ours safety and enable us a promised trip. Forget assistance by them, they left us with a drunken guide to walk with us throughout our trek to EBC. We were stranded in Lukla for 3 nights and Actual Adventure blamed the weather, and Summit Air ensured all Non Indians were given the priority to fly to Katmandu.
When we were left with no choice, we arranged our own porters at Lukla and trekked our way to Thaamdhaada, (which if any of you have walked in that path, would know the trouble we have gone through) and booked our own taxi from there till Katmandu. Thanks to Actual Adventures for making us experience true Nepal and giving us a hell of a time.
As Indians, we always lived in the belief that we share a good bond with Nepal, which was jeopardise in the trip. All thanks to Actual Adventures and Summit Air.

I visited Everest Base camp with their guide Tara. The trip was eventful with massive snowfall. Tara , the guide kept us safe throughout. Truly a fun trip.
Their managers sujan and Kedar kept in touch with us throughout and even met us once we landed back in Kathmandu.
Loved Nepal. The people are humble and hospitable.

Such a good experience with Actual adventure..! Kedar and Sujan were extremely helpful in organising and coordinating the entire Everest base camp trek of 12 days.. they were very flexible with the dates and timing of the trek... quite experienced and considerate guides and porters. Our porter was Tara and Kumar who was one of the best there was in guiding us through the mountains, will definitely be back for the Annapurna Base trek and 3 pass trek with Actual Adventure..! Everest Base Camp Trek 14 Days Short Trek that included Kalapatthar⛺️. I had wonderful experience. The guide Lakpa Sherpa and porters Anuraj both were amazing. The company, Actual Adventure was super flexible with our changing schedule. I enjoyed the experience so much that I plan to go back next year to do Annapurna with Actual Adventure Team. The moment we arrived at our goal destination, we felt overwhelmed on this accomplishment. This would not have been possible without the help of our terrific guide provided to us by the agency. About staff: I must say that the staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. We developed some kind of bond with them, especially with Lakpa, Khadga ji, and Pema Gelu. I am already missing them 🥺.

Everest Base Camp Trek 14 Days
Over all experience: fantastic. One of the best treks experiences I have ever had so far and let me say this. Nature can never go wrong because it is perfect the way it is, and Actual adventure helped us enjoy this !

Actual adventure supported from arrival in Kathmandu to departure from Kathmandu.

Will divide the trek in three phases pre trek, trek phase and post trek.
Pre trek: we had more than enough information about the prep for the trek to get us mentally and physically ready for the trek. And these prep started atleast 4 to 5 months in advance of the trek. And trust me this is needed. The question is will I be able to do the trek if I don't prepare. Well I can but I won't be able to enjoy it as it is a physically demanding trek. We had information on buying the right gear, clothing, prepping for high altitude stay, any emergencies and dealing with it. We were received with a lot of warmth and the KTM airport by actual adventure team.

During the trek, we had a great team of main guide, assistant guides and porters assigned. Each of them extremely well aware of the terrain, well trained and very very patient set of guys. They paid attention in details to requirement of each and every person in group of 10.
The lodges we stayed in and the food we had were all good. Due to high altitude many of us lost our appetite but the guides were extremely supportive.
The main guide would brief us every evening on what to expect next day give us instructions on the preparation.
The guides would always walk in such a way to ensure that between 3 to 4 people there is one of them, Which was very important.

Post trek phase was comfortable with actual adventure supporting with arrangement of sightseeing Ktm. And ensuring that our stay in Ktm was comfortable.

Over all if anybody wants to to EBC PLEASE DO WITH A TRUSTED PARTNER. it is the key to enjoy the experience.

Having just returned from my third trip to Nepal, I can highly recommend Actual Adventure as a trek operator. I used their services for the third time, and will definitely be back for more next year. Kedar and Sujan who run the company really care and look after their customers, from the moment you land in Nepal and until the departure. There are two key factors for a successful trip which they have nailed down - they use top notch guides and they are personally available at any times of the day to assist with. They are highly professional, really care about the customer needs, but also are just the nicest and easiest people to deal with. Many things in Nepal can be difficult, like getting local flights or especially last minute changes to local flights during the high season, but they make everything easy. And last but not least, their services are really fairly priced. Needless to say, when I’m back in Nepal next year for my next adventure, it will be undoubtedly with Actual Adventure!
