What a truly effortless process ordering a container from Adaptainer.
Never having purchased a container before, I had a few misgivings in the process and whether I'd actually get what I bought and paid for.
Every single element of the process was easy from placing the initial enquiry, placing the order, all the way through to the container arriving on site.
The transport company was excellent in communicating with us, actually organising the delivery for a day earlier than expected, the driver called us when he was 1/2 an hour away, and his expertise in siting the container next to a busy road was 100% professional and second to none.
All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend using Adaptainer if you need a container, as they made the whole process effortless.

Having never bought a container before I was nervous about the process but luckily I happened across Adaptainer. Of all the companies I spoke to they were not only the easiest to deal with and were happy to work with a one time buyer, rather than a business buying multiple, but they made the process very easy AND the price was the best I could find online.
I was concerned the haulage company would struggle to get it in where we wanted as access was limited but he did it all within 20 minutes, so special mention to them also.

All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adaptainer.

I don't usually review companies so it's saying something that I'm leaving this review but as others have said service like this deserves to be acknowledged.

The staff were very helpful in arranging the container hire and the container arrived when requested and in very good condition.

I ordered two 20ft containers for two different sites through Adaptainer. After I got the quote from them which I was pleased with and very reasonably priced too.
After that their sales team took over and comminated with me all the way through the process
with updates on the order, dispatch, arrival times
and then phoned up on the day after the delivery had been taken to ensure that everything was as expected.
credit to Adaptainer sales and aftersales teams not many companies' give that amount of support to their customers "outstanding"
If in the future I needed any more i would Definitely be using them again

Adaptainer is 1st class. From start to finish the whole team were knowledgeable, super friendly and happy to help. I've bought 1 container and hired another, both the sales and the hiring dept. made the whole experience simple and clear, a rare occurrence these days.

Fantastic team from start to finish. Really happy with the containers and the XL vents make a noticeable difference. From beginning to end the whole team were helpful with questions as we were building a new site. Highly recommend.

Hello, so I have so far purchased 8 containers through adaptainer, dealing with Victoria throughout all of these I believe.

So the containers themselves are very high quality , with the added benefit of two features.

The first being the XL vent system, this makes so much sense to us as we are a storage facility, containers are in rows , meaning this system allows for air to slow from the front to the back of the container (something that can be explained and understood by a potential customer as a benefit)

The other main benefit is that the XL containers have what I call easy open handles (just one handle on the right) so customers don’t have to learn the knack of opening a container and also older customers find it easier to open as there is more leverage on the handle , due to the length being longer.

Another thing to note is after sales. I did have an issue with with one of the containers having a lock box that didn’t quite accept a large container lock. I spoke to Victoria about this issue and she sent someone out pretty quickly to sort the issue out. It’s good when a company takes responsibility and stands by there product.

🤬stay clear, please. i bought a container from these guys and when i emailed to find out when it will be delivered, i was told by someone called Ashley that the depot was yet to dig out a container that they had in mind. Basically telling me that they did not sell to me a particular container but rather any crap they can think of once they get my money. At the same time, this guy was trying to sell to me a more expensive container.

I also paid for the csc (ensuring container can be used for shipping) the container got delivered looking like something out of a whole but I was assured that it was safe for shipping.
The following day when we went into the container, we discovered that one of the boards in front was rotten in some places. It was so bad, just stepping on it caused two holes. Yes, the floor was that bad. I do not understand how this could have been missed by the person who carried out the CSC inspection. unless no inspection was done in the first place.

To make matters worst, I have been accused of lying. They said that something very heavy had landed on the floor. Mind you, it will take a very heavy metal object like a car engine dropping from a height taller than the height of a container to make a hole in a good container floor. I have mended the floor with a metal sheet and I want compensation. I have also asked that someone be big enough to at least accept that they may have made an error because I am very angry for these things to call me a liar.

Amazing service from this company. I could not be more pleased. Polite, accommodating, efficient. I will most definitely be using Adaptainer again.

The service I received from start to finish was brilliant. Very responsive to emails and questions fully answered. Bearing in mind the isolated location and difficult access track, the haulage driver was brilliant too.
Absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic experience ordering 2 containers from this company. Great customer service. Due to issues at my football ground (that took months sorting out) adaptainer were understanding and kept in touch. The containers I ordered finally arrived a few days ago on the day expected and look great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will certainly be using them again when replacing other containers.

Great company to deal with and very straightforward as a self storage company all our containers have been purchased from adaptainer from the quality of the units to the level of service we have all ways found them to be very efficient and professional to deal with. Ordered a 20ft HC container and after nearly 3 weeks found out the company couldn’t provide it for another 3 weeks and was offered a shabby second hand one as an alternative… no thank you
