Friendly, efficient and professional annual service.

I chose Addheat to replace my boiler on the basis that my Dad and Mum have both used them (separately) and both recommended them. On the day of fitting young Sam arrived dead on time and started preparation straight away, he and Andy worked hard all day and explained everything very well. I work in customer service so can honestly say it's the best experience I've had in a long time, honest, reliable and thoroughly nice people too.

quick, efficient and very polite also discovered my original installer had not registered the guarantee and explained how to do it retrospectively.
Just one word when they say they'll be with you at 3.30 they mean between 3.30 and 4.30.

Service engineer turned up right on time was very friendly and informative also helped me put thermostat up on wall.

We used Addheat last year to replace our oil fired boiler. Very quick response to our request for a quote, work was completed in one day with another short follow up visit. Their work ethic was excellent, all members of the team were polite and very helpful. A service was arranged for twelve months after the fitting. This has just occurred and again the work was excellent. The same engineer fitted the boiler and returned for the service.

Andy gave our boiler its annual service yesterday and I have to commend his friendly, polite, professionalism.

Been doing my boiler servicing for a few years now, happy with the service offered.

They also replaced my condensate pump when it packed in. The replacement is a lot better than the prior part.

I had an ongoing issue with an underfloor heating install which was impacting the boiler and the central heating in general. I called Add Heat on the Monday and Andy came out on the Tuesday. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and came up with a plan to remedy by reworking the pipework, adding a bypass valve and repositioned a new 2 port valve. The work was booked in and completed on the Thursday. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship which was excellent but most importantly the knowledge and expertise from Andy which was crucial. He was brilliant at understanding the issue and coming up with a positive constructive plan and very professional. Would highly recommend Add Heat and will definitely use again.
