Scott is super reliable , turning up when hes says he will & carried out a full refit of the house, top spec boiler, new raidiators and completely re-piped the house anfter removing all the excisting heating and water system with the quote staying as agreed even though we messed him about changing a few thing.
All his work is very neat & cleans up after himself (unlike some of the other trades we have used).
At very short notice & before we gave the job to Scott he very kindly helped with a water leak from the loft that vertually destroyed the lower part of the house (Not all super heros wear capes).
Do not hestitate to use Scott for his Plumbing services he comes highly recommended.

I have been very pleased with the recent replacement boiler installation and works at my property carried out by Heat Central Gas Ltd.
Scott (HC) attended and assessed the works required, advised me on the boiler makes and gave me a quote which I accepted for a Worcester Bosch boiler which has been brilliant. We had recently moved into our new home and had no hot water, Scott came round the same day as he was in the area, it was quickly apparent we needed a new boiler, he came and fitted it on the same weekend! Fantastic service, very pleasant. Will be using Scott to service our boiler moving forwards!

Scott installed a new Worcester Greenstar 4000. Showed up on time, was neat and tidy, Fixed non-compliant aspects from former owners. Improper installation of condensing pipe, flue pipe and then took extra time to re-balance our radiators while he was here. Prior to the work was very responsive to emails including after hours and during the weekend which was not expect, but highlights his attention to customer service. Would not hesitate to use again

Recently called Heat Central (Bewdley) about replacing our tired 15 year old Bosch combi 30 CDI. He called round next day and gave a full and frank, but friendly, assessment of the job and choices of current Bosch combi boilers, which were my first choice. He advised of the boiler models and the background information for each but then left me decide, with no pressure at all. Choice made, fitting appointment confirmed for the following week and work completed within a morning. Very professional and tidy job at a competitive price. Top notch experience from start to finish. I am recommending Heat Central (Bewdley) to family and friends.

ell after 40 odd years our glowworm boiler heating system was giving us problems and time to get a up to date boiler.
Started looking on line doing a few quotes they all wanted me to take pictures and upload them to them including British Gas. Wasn’t comfortable with doing this and wanted to speak to someone about the installation and what problems there could be as we had just decorated two bedrooms with new carpets fitted and a new bathroom installed knowing the pipes ran under them floors 🙈
I wanted some one local to my area someone who I could speak to face to face and looking through various companies and their reviews this one stood out .
I left a message on there website saying I was after a new boiler and received a reply from Scott the same day saying I can pop round to discuss what was best for me and price and that I wanted the new boiler moved to better place in the garage , arranged a convenient time to meet and after discussing various boilers and prices with his knowledge i agreed on a Worcester appliance. Was given various install dates to suit around me and the installation was completed in 2 days.
I did mention about getting the carpet up he said you won’t notice the carpets and floor being lifted and after checking after completing he was correct you couldn’t notice that the carpets and bathroom flooring had been lifted (one happy wife ) lol.
Very clean with their work professional and punctual timings and I would not hesitate to use them again

Needing a new boiler, we got quotes and decided on Heat Central as the company is local to us and we feel it is important to use local businesses. The company installed the new boiler and associated pipework. The new pipework is much more efficient than the old small bore that was 45 years old. Scott and his team mate were very thorough doing the job which took 3 days in all, they arrived on time each day, moved furniture where necessary and were very tidy with the installation. They were just great and we are very satisfied with a job well done.
