I required a repair and new thermostat installation work to my boiler. Scott from Heat Central was very professional and provided a detailed explanation on the fix and how to use the new thermostat. Furthermore an issue occurred during the work that was unrelated to the fix, Scott carried a repair avoiding a major leak and did not even change any extra. I will use Heat Central for any further boiler work I require and would fully recommend their services

Scott did a great job upgrading our boiler to a Baxi 830. He provided a good clear quote for all the different boilers we could have and gave us excellent advice. We would certainly recommend this company.

Our house required new gas boiler and central heating system. We planned on obtaining a few quotes but once we had met Scott we had a good feeling and gave him the work straight away. He was very honest as we discussed our options and gave us the best options for our requirements. Scott arrived when stated and completed the work within 3 days. His work is very neat, to a high standard and all waste was removed at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend Scott to anyone.

Scott did an excellent job changing our downstairs toilet to a 2 in 1 toilet. We were really pleased with the result. Also we were impressed with his timekeeping, always turning up each day on time. We can highly recommend Heat Central.

Replaced an old Baxi 800 PFL Boiler and a twin flue with a Worcester Bosch 24 RI plus a new 125mm flue.
Highly professional installation, no complaints at all and boiler working well.

Having struggled with an inefficient central heating system for some years we asked Scott from Heat Central to install a new combi-boiler (in the upstairs airing cupboard), new radiators and replace existing micro-bore pipe work. Scott was very thorough, pricing the job and explaining what was and was not possible. Its a big job but the quote was very competitive when compared to other companies we asked. The work was carried out on time and nothing was too much trouble for Scott or Wayne who were a pleasure to have around the house for a few days. They left no mess and explained how the to operate the system properly. Its working perfectly and I would highly recommend anyone to consider Heat Central for any central heating work.

We've used Scott a number of times since moving to Halesowen (adding 2 new radiators, fixing a leak, boiler and gas fire servicing). He always replies quickly with good advice. When our boiler kept losing pressure every 3/4 days he quickly diagnosed the fault to be a leaking heat exchanger in the boiler, he was happy to repair it but we opted for a new Worcester Bosch boiler and a Hive. All fitted in less than a day, clean / tidy workmanship so would definitely recommend Heat Central to anyone.

I have no problem in recommending HeatCentral and in particular Scott. It was Monday evening when Scott visited our house to advise on the installation of a replacement central heating boiler. His advice was clear and informative. The decision to go ahead was made on Wednesday and the new boiler was up and running by Friday. His workmanship was faultless and was carried in a professional manner. The overall service provided was excellent.

Very happy with the installation of our new Worcester Bosch boiler, from initial consultation including all aspects and available options, we were highly impressed by the professionalism and service shown, the work was carried out on the agreed date with Scott arriving promptly at the time he stated, the boiler was installed and everything was cleared and cleaned to such a state you would think no one had been in the utility room. He took the time to explain the timer options clearly, the boiler set up and provide my paperwork in a thoroughly professional manner, and all this was done with ensuring current safety guidelines was maintained at all time. 10/10 without a doubt and already diarised to call in 12 months for the service, many thanks And much appreciated Scott
