Order mask and never got, had to call the bank and get my money back

Same old story, wish I could give -5 stars. Ordered a mask and extra filters April 4th. Same stupid email responses asking me to be patient...3 Unanswered emails. There’s a special place in hell for those that use a pandemic to scam people. Hope justice comes.

This is a big ass scam company. They do not deserve any stars. Do not order anything from this site and they should not be allowed to advertise on face book. I wil be contacting face book to inform them. I repeat, this company is a scam, DO NOT order from them.

I've had the same problem with them. I filed a complaint with the FTC about them. I suggest everyone here do the same thing including all of the information about your order. Just imagine how much money they have made doing this to us. I am a Veteran and I don't appreciate them using military to swindle us into a purchase online they never intended to fill.

Ripped off. Received nothing. It's been two months. Never again will I buy from a place that popped up on social media.

One star is too good for this. I was ripped for $54 and change. Its a crying shame our veterans were used for a scam. I doubt I will ever see my $ or the flag. It was for my brother. Its embarrassing to tell him I was so blind to these rip off pros! I hope they all suffer some kind of consequence.

I am another fooled veteran, never got mask or my refund . After many emails back and forth to where the last email I got from Michelle price about my refund .30 days later and still haven’t got refund and email no longer exist . It was all a scam

1 star is too good for them. Facebook should do better research before allowing fake products being advertised. I ordered 2 mask back in early March and received nothing but a few emails stating the items were delayed then on their way. Still haven't received anything and now the website/mailing system has been in reconstruction for a month..Kharma will be a B+×@#!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. Targets Vets, with products to lure us. Thankfully I used pay pal so I should be seeing my refund but I feel bad for those who did not. People like this I hope rot!

I ordered a covid mask that had a panel with the US Air Force logo and the copy “Air Force Veteran.” After waiting 1-2 months, I received it today. I have zero confidence the components will stay together and there’s no indication I’m an Air Force vet. Extremely disappointed.

I wish that I could give this a "zero star" rating or negative! Never received my order and the company no longer exists! Tried contacting them via their "customer service" to inquire about the whereabouts of my order and that is no longer an option because apparently the company no longer exists! Do not purchase from these people, complete and total scam!!!!

I have yet to receive my 3 mask and extra filters. This company is a rip off I'm in the process of contacting PayPal and American Express for a refund from these folks. I will never order from them again and will report their site on all social media site!!

I wish I could give negative stars! Never received my order and the website is total BS! I could not contact them to inquire about my order, I just get a kickback email stating site not available. Stay away from this site. Chinese scam.

Went through PayPal but there is no protection there as its been 6 weeks sitting in China. Wont need them by the time they arrive, if ever. Done with this company. Ripped off. By the way they changed their web site last week to .NET not .com anymore. Probably too many complaints and trying to hide.

There a lots of scams out there and try to avoid anything being shipped from China. Contact the company before you purchase anything! Let the seller stock the item in a US warehouse first. It's been 2 months and no merchandise! It's a good thing I used PayPal and got my money back from the claim. Addictee doesn't actually stock anything! They have an office and that's it. All products are filled and shipped directly from China!
They claimed they shipped items but the tracking number never actually leaves China! It will always read Processing or Preparing to dispatch!

Pure SCAM.!!!NEVER RECEIVED THE MASK I ORDERED. WHAT REALLY SUCKS ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THEY PREY ON VETERANS BY PRETENDING TO SELL ALL THESE PATRIOTIC MERCHANDISE THAT YOU'LL PAY FOR AND NEVER RECEIVE.
