This is a Scam they Advertised they Served the Military but they Don’t I ordered this Mask from them and they took my Payment over a month ago and when. We tried to contact them there is no Contact information available
No Email what so ever. This really makes me mad that they are Scamming people especially Military

Scam!!!! Ordered a bandana face covering and still haven’t received it into the 3rd week now. I’m not sure if it’ll come. Looking at the other reviews and am doubtful.

Ordered on April 19. Just now it appears to be in transit from somewhere deep in the heart of China. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. I am not sure which pandemic they are preparing me for, The one in the fall of 2020 or maybe the one after that.

This company took my money a month ago and after numerous emails asking where my items are, and getting responses that it was coming, they no longer have a valid email. Be careful of addict-tee , as I assume its another version of the same company. Scam .

Horrible. Ordered 12 Apr, nothing. Emailed 22 Apr, Michelle says we don’t give refunds and be patient. Shipping label, no shipment. I try to follow up today with.Michelle, mail delivery error. I find this site today to see Addicttee is a scam and I’ve been duped. Sickening how companies like this scam is to make a buck in a pandemic.

STAY AWAY from this ripoff company< I ordered a mask 3 months ago, an have not received it. It showed it was shipped April 9th, 2 weeks after it was purchased,on April 29th after several emails with Michelle Price who is their customer service agent she advised it is still stuck in China. No refund, and now emails are getting thru. This company is a sham, stay away unless you wish to donate money to China for nothing.

I ordered on April 6, 2020 and no mask either. I saw a tracking number from usps that shows China. This company is a fraud. I am calling bank now to get a refund. So sad to take advantage of people during this time. Horrible customer service. Should have known better with no phone number on website.

Hello Everyone, I'm just as angry as you are. I went through all the tracking channels you did. I purchased through Amazon, and my purchase went via PayPal; when I realized the website and face-book pages were taken down, I was furious; these people duped me! I immediately began taking Screenshots of the web-page(s). Now PAYPAL, I'm coming after you, because you authorized this bogus company to swindle money from unassuming customers, especially during this pandemic. They never stated, the purchase was coming from China, which could ultimately take 60 days or more to receive a package that's never coming. Oh yes! I received emails from these people, after I contacted my bank and was refunded the monies I spent, and Chase is currently investigating PayPal and Addicttee:

Addictee sucks, thought i was buying something cool and American thought wrong. I started to get nervous when i kept getting fraud alerts from my bank after placing the order... i got tracking and shipping notice back on April 24th and I’m still waiting. Spoke with customer service she’s terrible. Guess I’m going to chalk this one up as a loss, should have known better

I have already stated to Michelle Price I want my money back. Please give me my moneyyyyyyyy back that’s all I want I have contacted my lawyer and I’m trying to not go that route since this pandemic has been going on but I want my money that’s it.

I like all of you am really upset about potentially being scammed out of 126.00. After talking to the Chinese Post Office, I've changed the odds to 50/50. It was a pain in the rear to figure out, but this is what I know. There IS in fact a package at the Shanghai airport. I don't know what is actually inside of it, but the reason it has been sitting there for fricken three weeks is the cargo capacity has been reduced by 90% and this is low priority stuff. Let me share the communications I received and hope you find it helpful.

I ordered an item on April 1,2020 and it appears to to have been shipped from the vendor and sitting in a facility since April 18th.

Can you verify if this is a true shipment? When do you expect to ship to the US? It appears the company is no longer doing business as their customer service is no longer accepting emails.

track-chinapost dot com/startairmail.php shows (My Tracking Number)was shipped from China on apr 17. it was sent to airport on apr 22. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA. It is real shipment.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to PayPal and claim refund .

Not the perfect answer... still clinging to hope...

i hope i get to find out who this people are and they should hope that i never find them f.... trash .2 times did order things from 2 different companys on facebook and both time lost the money so please nobody ever order something what comes on facebook everything is fake

I found this addictee.com of a Facebook AD pop up in my news daily alerts.
They put a fake web page with an US address . Then they charge you through PayPal which is impossible to get a hold because they don’t answer the phone.
They gave me a tracking number from SUZHOU EMS, CHINA on the 20th ,but I ordered on 4/4/20. Its been over 30 days I never received my 2 facemask and they charged $56.19 . Now the web page is gone and no longer exist. I blame Facebook for not verifying these pages because they bombarded me with their AD to sell face-mask . Some Michelle price responds to fake emails from addictee. This is who took the money if it’s even their real name . The receipt says

I ordered two face masks on april 11 never got them all i got was an email saying order shipped but according too tracking number it never left china i got ripped this is why americans need too stop buying things from china,the website is shutdown thankyou facebook you should have check the validity of their domain cant trust facebook either time too get rid of them😠

Contacting my Bank due to Fraud. Some people are just terrible people.

Thieves - ordered a mask and never delivered, reached out to them and Michelle Price emailed back saying it was shipped, got a tracking # for USPS, when checking it simply stated "Label created, not yet in system. Will reach out to Paypal and my bank.

I also ordered a mask which I never received. I was given a tracking number which showed the order never left China. I contacted them by email 10 days after I ordered requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund. They did respond telling me that I could not get a refund because the order had already shipped. I waited another week and still no movement. I again emailed them and they responded that I should receive my order within 5-7 business days. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This company has fraudulently represented themselves throughout the entire process. They only post fake reviews on their website. I left a negative review daily for 9 days and not once did it post to the website.
