Continuity of Service and Professionalism by Representative Paul
Our representative Paul has been attending our property for many years now; and consistency with service and professionalism is paramount to maintaining relationships. The only issue I have is with the way the office staff fail to handle calls and information correctly; this I mean you can relay something to one person and then the next time you speak to someone about the same issue in that conversation - "They have no knowledge as it apparently had not been passed on". The case in question being the constant referral to my mother in the present tense; even after having been informed that she had passed and accounts needed to be changed to the Estate 0f!?
I have had no such issues with the actual Servicing Rep Paul and look forward to his friendly, professional and compassionate approach to his work each time he visits annually and informs me of the exact nature of the pest treatment work which needs to be completed on this particular visit.
