VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON…
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON RETURNS!!!!
I have bough a total order of 217 EUR, I have returned some of the items. The return process was not easy since it is not explained in the web page. I had to wait for the customer service to respond with the procedure and to send me the return PDF that should be inserted together with the items. You have to pay 20 EUR for the return since the warehouse is in Belgium. Other than that the I got the confirmation that the return packet arrived in the warehouse from Austrian Post, but I am still waiting from aden+anais even though I have sent 2 emails to the customer service and no response yet.

I placed an order on 26/11/2022 and until today my order is "on hold" despite the fact that before ordering, they said they would deliver within days!!
I sent the team an email to understand the status of my order and i didn't get any reply

2 years and growing
We love these sleeping bags, our baby boy has had been wearing them since he was a newborn (now 2 yo) and we prefer the light ones as we can always layer with more or less layers (pijama and/or body) only wish the fabric/cotton was fair trade sourced/organic
