Having bought Aden & Anais products five years ago when I had my first baby, I must say that the quality has definitely decreased. It's still good, but not the best you can buy anymore. For example, the use much cheaper labels for their cloths.

I Love the swaddles from aden & anais. But the delivery Service is Not Good. Maybe u habe to change GLS. They didnt Ring. Didnt Write a Ticket. I Had to pick up my Paket at an Office, just found out, coz i got n email.

I received a product that I didn't…
I received a product that I didn't order.
I sent an email and they answered 2 days later without any solution.
I answered back and they didn't reply.
I still have the wrong product and not the product that I have ordered.
