Difficult leak solved by Frank
Frank arrived to help sort out a mysterious leak from our hot water system. We have a complicated plumbing system in a large Grade 2 listed property. He needed a complete tour of the house but set about the task thoroughly and methodically. The leak was located beneath a concrete floor in our kitchen and he was happy to set about repairing it. Not an easy task in a confined space but it was all done neatly and tidily. I cannot thank him enough for what he was able to achieve. Extremely well done Frank - thank you so much, we are very grateful for your professionalism.

A job well done
A job well done. The engineers, Kristof, Gabor and Vincent, turned up when expected and made sure excavated areas were made safe before they left. It was a 3-day job and I was kept informed throughout. They were efficient and respectful and everything was made good at the end. A thank you too to Dave in the office for his efforts.

Straight to the job, very thorough in detection in order to dig the smallest hole as possible. All done in a few hours. Great service that I highly recommend. I would rather not use this service again but if I had to I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Professional, efficient and effective service
Very helpful and professional from first contact with the call centre through to the plumber sorting the leak. Extremely prompt service - they came the very next day, which meant we didn't have to do without heating over the weekend! The plumber, Gabor, was very informative, keeping us abreast of what he was doing, and why, throughout the process. He found the leak, repaired it, and our central heating is now back in business. Thank you!

Leak detected and resolved, great service!
Gabor was friendly, professional and efficient. Gabor explained the process throughout and was able to locate our leak and replace where the leak was.
When we had a similar problem previously other plumbers ripped up all the tiling in the bathroom which then needed replacing.

James provided an excellent service
James was on time, and very thorough. He checked all the obvious possible problems, and then did an extended gas test. He explained what he was doing at each stage. And showed me the faulty pipe joint, hidden under two layers of planking!
No way would I have found it!

A special shout out for Matthew who was amazing. Not only was he diligent and friendly, he explained the process and found the leak on my drive with careful, meticulous investigation using scientific tools and equipment. He also did a fantastic job minimising damage to my new drive.

Contacted ADI mid morning after a water…
Contacted ADI mid morning after a water leak which submerged most of our rooms with water in our bungalow..
Rob was fantastic he arranged for a visit that same day to track and trace where the leak came from.

Scamerrs and fraud…Do not take them
I contacted this company on 11.02.2026 and on the phone they promised me that for the amount of £713 an engineer would come, check the source of my water loss, repair and retest the system to ensure that I had no more losses. The engineer came on 12.03.2026 and after 4 hours of searching without success he left without repairing anything. The next day another £200 was withdrawn from my bank account for "access"??. Contacted Adileakdetection by phone they said they would make a report and send it.. a 100% fake report was sent after 4 days, a report that I contested with video/photo evidence showing that they did not find the source (I still have water leaks and a damaged wall, they did not repair and in addition I paid the amount of £966). The answer is AMAZING "we found the source and we won't come back until you pay again (another £966??????) I am now in the process of going legal, gathering all the necessary evidence to recover the money. This is not a serious company and is not recommended.Not happy at ALL with their decision .They take the money and they not accept reality.Do not let yourself be cought by their fraud!

We sincerely apologise for the overcharge. We have approached you for your bank details to process a refund but we have not received a reply. To clarify, the quote for £714 inc VAT was for Leak Detection only, not Leak Detection, Access and Repair.
We have not quoted you for any repairs because you told us you wanted to undertake these yourself. Nor do we claim to have carried out any repair work. This is why your leaks and leak damage are still ongoing. We have not intentionally charged you for a repair. As mentioned above we have been trying to reimburse you a £200 charge that was processed in error.
We can categorically assure you that our report is not 'fake'. We have report templates for each of the investigation types we offer (pipework/swimming pool etc) and our engineers populate these with the test results and evidence found at each specific property. In your case, we found multiple leaks due to poor installation.
We hope to hear back from you regarding the bank details in due course.
