Matthew and Robert worked extremely hard to find our leak. It was not easy to find but they were determined and got there in the end. They both displayed high levels of expertise and knowledge, were very respectful of our home and polite and good humoured throughout their visit. If you have a leak Matthew and Robert are the men for the job!

Found the leak very quickly with specialist equipment. Frank, our engineer worked extremely hard to repair our leak, All completed to a good standard. I would recommend this company.

Paul arrived on time and quickly found the leak that we had. The leak was repaired by him there and then. He was very helpful and explained carefully what the problem was.

James arrived ahead of time a very likeable guy.He got on with the work well, and updated me every hour or so.He knew the leak was under slabs or crazy paving adjoining.However,because plastic insulation was placed below the slabs and also an inch of concrete, it was difficult to detect the exact spot.
After digging up a small crazy paving area which proved negative,he then removed 2 big slabs dug down and there was the problem.He then mended the leaking pipe ,tested it and finished the job.
I thought he was brilliant at his job.

Due to problems with keep losing pressure in the boiler, it was established that we had a leak under a solid floor, without any idea where it was.
Rang ADI 2 days ago. Spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and informative. He managed to fit us in today for leak detection and repair with Robert.
Robert arrived promptly, he was very courteous and ran through everything with us. Then using the specialised equipment, he located the leak under the concrete quickly. He repaired the pipework, performed a thorough check and maintenance of the rest of the pipes in the house. Robert was a very clean and tidy tradesman. We throughly recommend ADI Leak Detection.

Our next door neighbour called out ADI Leak Detection to investigate a possible water leak that was causing damage to our carpet and fireplace hearth on the other side of an adjoining wall. Paul came out and as our neighbours were away that day I stood in for them. Paul was friendly and very efficient, explaining all the processes he was going through to try to detect a leak. After around three hours he found the leak under the solid floor under their kitchen units. I believe it was quite a complex case. Obviously it was not a leak that could be repaired there and then but Paul advised what would need to be done in order to repair the leak. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and totally professional throughout the visit and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Arthur turned up just before the allocated time, which is always good. My water supply system is not easy. I live on a slope & the water meter is 20 metres from the property so the leak I had could have been anywhere down that slope under the drive. Arthur checked out the stopcocks in the kitchen & the garage and proceeded to do all the relevant checks. It turned out to be a pipe that had a split buried under 600mm of sharp stone & thick concrete in my porch. Not an easy think to find & he then fixed it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for an efficient job. Tony

Kyle carried out the initial leak detection, he was so polite and professional in his manner.
Today the leak was repaired by Kyle and Kristoff, this was carried out with efficency and limiting the disruption to our home, everything explained and left neatly.
They were being supervised by a big black lab, Milo who they made a fuss of.

ADI did a great job. Easy to book an appointment, and the engineer was quickly round to sort things out. A few hours and the problem was fixed. No other plumbers or contractors had been able to identify the leak, which ADI quickly resolved.
