Brett was superb, totally professional in his approach, explained what he was doing very clearly. He conducted several tests and located the issue, again with perfectly clear explanations and very coherent. He even drew a diagram, and produced a report. First class service 10/10. We would without hesitation recommend Brett as a highly experienced Trace & Access leak detection professional.

Paul was brilliant, arrived on time and was friendly and personable whilst also cracking on with the job. He found our leak almost immediately despite it being only ~15-20 L/hr and set to work fixing it. The leak has literally just been fixed and Paul has done some pressure tests for us so we are hoping everything has been resolved in a morning :)

Paul arrived early and immediately got to work running through his checks. Using a combination of detection techniques he quickly located the source of the leak in my heating system - tiny holes in an old copper pipe running through the solid brick external back wall of my Victorian terrace house. Paul repaired the leak in no time. He explained what he was doing at every stage and is extremely pleasant. I am very grateful to Paul and ADI for identifying the source of a problem that otherwise would have remained a mystery.

Called up to report a pipe leak between the meter and house and the individual the other end was very helpful and had someone out to us within 24 hours which was lucky. Gabor the engineer was very competent and located the problem quickly, which included digging up an area of driveway, replacing some pipework and putting everything back again properly. He even replaced our dodgy stopcock for us. Excellent job.

Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and guided us confidently through the process of finding our leak. He was very professional and explained work that would need to be done to correct the leak. He did his very best to ensure we knew what to do next in regards to getting the leak fixed. Very happy with the service provided. Thank you Paul

The whole experience from quotation to completion of the job was very satisfactory. Our engineer, Aaron Baker was superb. Very tidy, professional, explained everything that was going on and completed the job successfully. He called prior to arrival to say what time he would arrive, and communicated the day after to ensure there were no further leaks. He was very good and would use him again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Aaron the plumber who delt with our under floor leak from the company ADI. He did an amazing and professional job at finding the leak. He used technology including a thermal camera. He fixed the leak to a high standard and was neat and tidy when putting the flooring back to the original state.

Kristof was very professional. Explained well what he was going to do at the start and how he expects the job to go. Once he had completed each part of the job he would show what he had found and what was next. Once the leak was found he very quickly fixed the leak to a high level of standard.
The area (garden) effect and disturbed by the leak was cleaned and left exactly how it was before the job started, wouldn’t even know there was work carried out.
I can’t thank Kristof enough for helping us out. I would recommend him for any job to do with leak detection.

Professional and polite. However, after reviewing the leak on ceiling and the related floor plan above it. He told me that there is a leak from the main-bathroom area (no shock there, the leak is visible on the ceiling below of where the bathroom is, I didn’t need special tools to tell you that), he stated we need to take off tiles from the bathroom wall to investigate. I then asked if it possibly could be from the shower room (previously shown to him), after me explaining and showing how I think the leak may be from here, he agreed that very likely it would have been there (I have no professional experience in these things). He then proceeded to put some die down the drain and said “leave it a couple of days and if the ceiling stains then that is where the leak is from”. So bottom line, I am no where closer to knowing where the leak is coming from, than where I was before, and I got charged just below of £900. Money down the drain, literally! Waste of time and money, don’t bother, this is a professional scam.
At least I had the common sense to not let him rip off the bathroom tiles… wish I had the common sense when I called to book the appointment.

Also almost forgot, he took the bathtub side panel off to investigate, didn’t even seal it back on, just left it there unsealed. Not even back to what it was.

Very annoyed with myself.

Mark Pavitt came and found a tricky leak underneath the lounge floor.

He was courteous, tidy and took his job seriously.

I was pleased with the quality of his work and ADI were very speedy in getting an engineer round to help us out.

Fantastic service, very helpful and went above and beyond, despite a challenging job

We had an underfloor leak that the local plumbers weren’t able to detect and repair so we called ADI. Scott and Robert were very professional and detected the leak and set about to repair it. Thankfully they completed it leaving the area around the pipework as neat as they could. I was impressed with the cleanliness of it all considering we had concrete floors and ceramic tiles. I hope I don’t need to use them again but if I did need to, I’d use them again without hesitation.

We had Kyle come out today to have a look at a 221 litre per hour water leak on the water mains supply line. Our home is fairly old and the stopcock situation isn't in a normal place or simple design. He did some troubleshooting and figured it all out super quickly. Found the leak, gained access, and fixed the bad pipework within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the service and his professionalism.

We contacted ADI after Thames Water had made three attempts at fixing our main leak - none of which was successful. The engineers, James and Vince, did a great job at detecting the leak and then coming back to fix it a couple of days later. They were really careful with our paving and left everything tidy at the end of the day. We had a bit of an admin glitch which was very efficiently sorted out by Abs - a big thank you Abs for your professionalism.

Very conscientious and did all the work efficiently and with care . Highly recommend the service provided by Paul from ADI in identifying the leak . Very quick service .

Engineer Gabor was excellent. Very thorough and left the house as he found it. Highly recommended.

Spoke on a number of occasions with Christian following notification from my water company that there was a leak at my property. Christian gave me a lot of helpful information and assistance to be able to identify where the leak was and that the tests the water company were recommending would, in this instance, be of no help at all (and a waste of money.) The outcome is that I will monitor the situation and will return back to ADI if required in future. Very helpful and would recommend!
